If your company needs to move into becoming completely electronic, as well as the option of having it being remote if needed, this is the way to go. ClearCompany will hold your hand and help you every step of the way to becoming just that! It can be a difficult task to change so much but having their team to meet with you weekly until you have everything up and running was the best experience I could have asked for.
Rippling should be greatly used in areas where there are many employees employed by a company that offers many benefits. By using Rippling employees will be able to easily manage their benefits. Rippling may not be ideal for areas of business where the company is either small or does not offer the employees many benefits.
Real-time updates shared across the software with remote users. It allows us to effectively manage and track candidates workflows and status within the onboarding process. This helps us effectively communicate and keep hooks in the candidate without having them fall through the cracks.
ClearCompany is able to customize and report to fit our company. We are in a particular industry where our time to fill, hiring costs and other metrics vary from time to time. In order to get an accurate report, ClearCompany has gone above and beyond to customize our reports and give us the data we need with a click of a button.
ClearCompany is always in constant communication and willing to assist. The feedback from the support team is almost instantaneous. I have the direct number to my customer care agent and her manager as well. It's nice to know they are there to help at a moment's notice. The support team has a great chat feature that allows me to send a message while i'm on the phone. They are quick to respond and always friendly.
I did not expect Live Chat Support and Email Support when we moved to Rippling. Their Support team is quick and very knowledgeable. I have had multiple instances where we have gone back and forth on a situation to come to the correct conclusion, never feeling they were trying to just close the case unsolved.
Being able to manage employees from application to separation is huge. Having a built in ATS that we can hire candidates from directly, and immediately have their payroll, benefits and employee profile setup has saved me countless hours for each hire.
Rippling allows us to manage retirement plans across the US, Canada and UK with automation and file feeds. Before Rippling I manually managed these in multiple portals, now Rippling does it for me automatically.
Reporting is a bit limited - most reports require significant cleanup and/or take a lot of work to make meaningful
Hiring Manager visibility is limited when it comes to notifications (scorecards completed, etc.) and feedback for candidates from other processes, meaning that the burden is put on TA to inform
As I said: it’s great for me! But of course, the competition is always watching, so perhaps it’s worth having a team that monitors similar programs to understand what they’re doing.

If possible, always improve the design. It catches attention, and people like it. It makes it light and fun to use.
Rippling continues to innovate and amaze me with their new innovations and features. Product feedback is taken seriously so I always give it whenever I can and end up seeing results. Rippling is the new wave of HRIS that cannot compare against others in the industry just due to the fact they are super user friendly!
Rippling is very intuitive and easy to use. That's one of the things I like the most about this platform. It has nice integrations and the dashboard is great to guide through all of the different features you can find and use. It takes a while to get use to it but it's not because of the app is more because there is a lot of information to manage when you have work benefits
I like that the availability in using Rippling at any given time is useful to me. Getting on the site freely when I need gives me security of knowing that I can be in control of viewing health insurance and hours information. I have yet to get any errors in using the Rippling app.
Rippling's performance has been great, no errors or glitches yet so far. I am confident that Going from one page to the next and all its complexity usage does not lag or times out, it works effectively and efficiently. While using Rippling and other apps it does not tend to slow it down, works great. No complaints.
I had a great relationship with my first customer success manager. When I first started, she helped me navigate the system and was always available to answer any questions. They have provided great support throughout the last 2 years of me using the system. I attended a ClearCompany conference and they were incredible at providing support and showing how to best utilize the system,
Overall support is outstanding and we are really happy to use it. It is a true example of well integration, user friendliness, ease of doing, and a single platform for employees, HR and employer to manage everything they need. Tracking is much easy in terms of leave, attendance and organizational upgradation. The report generation is more specific and accurate. The timecards are really very helpful. Leave application and tracking the employee attendance is easy and transparent to both the Manager and the employee. Overall Rippling is the best!
It's really easy to implement in comparison to other tools or applications. Different key points are easily configured and implemented as per need, having different configurations in systems. Implementation is something which binds the different parameters of an organization in a single row. Implementation of rippling is much easier, quicker, and error free than any other software. I recommend it strongly!
No comparison. It's apples to oranges when comparing. Clear Company is well-rounded and willing to collaborate to make it right for each company. Most other platforms make you adapt to the product they think is best without individual company needs in mind.
Rippling is easier to use. It has everything you need in one place. You don’t have to jump from one app to the next to get everything done. It is a one-stop shop. I think this might be the smoothest transition with Rippling I have experienced.
I can go on here and see all my hours and pto plus health benefits. I like to have the work handbook handy to refer to legal things. How to work my role within it's limits. Being able to put in my hours and view when they are approved is a huge benefit for me.
ClearCompany has some helpful options our company has utilized, but overall it has been very hard to get past some of the user interfaces that aren't functional or getting speedy responses when something isn't operational.
ClearCompany has custom reports that help us strategize our recruitment efforts, but we have had many instances where the reports do not pull data from the system which has lead to confusion or decisions being made with incomplete information.
ClearCompany has multiple avenues to contact them or get help, but they are not always effective because of the completion time frame varies.
There is a significantly better use of time. Time is everything and as such it impacts everything we do. How we use the time we have depends on the assets we have at our disposal. Rippling is like a superpower to our company. Our time management is light years ahead of where we were without this amazing service.
Rippling keeps us on track and on task. Rippling also lets us know where our weaknesses are and how to address them, when to address and lets us know when things have been corrected.
