CloudTalk

CloudTalk is great for making calls and receiving them, while doing different tasks. It is easy to see the incoming call and to answer them. As well as the call quality is high. It is really suited to be used in customer service, when many clients are calling. Sometimes if a client can not pick up the phone, the SMS option can be a great help to send the information and to receive from the client the information back

Kixie

For me, the best kind of services are the ones that you forget about because they work so well in the background. This is what Kixie does so well once it's installed; it's unobtrusive, simple, and does what it is supposed to do in the background. My sales staff no longer has to worry about tracking and logging their outbound or inbound calls because Kixie is installed on their phones and computers.

Kixie

  • Kixie integrates seamlessly with our CRM (Zoho), meaning it updates call notes directly on the customer's CRM profile.
  • The one-click dialing feature directly through our CRM is a great feature. It's so simple; just search for a name, one-click, and you are on the phone.
  • The local presence feature is a nice touch for cold calls. It provides a local area code when cold calling to increase the likelihood of an answer to the call.

  • The service is unusable right now because it's always down. CloudTalk has oversold their service to too many customers on too few servers (as admitted on an email from their CEO to all their customers). We've lost all functionality for days - crippling our customer support team

Kixie

  • There is a big price difference between Kixie's limited minutes and unlimited minutes calling plans. I was expecting a price increase for unlimited minutes, but I didn't expect it to be that large of an increase (almost double the price).
  • The minutes for the limited calling plan is set at 300 minutes a month. For my organization that makes a lot of calls, this is a very low amount, which forces us to upgrade to the unlimited calling plan.
  • It's easy to get started with Kixie by signing up for their free trial. However, the pricing that was advertised during the free trial period turned out to be quite different for my organization when it was actually time to purchase the service after the trial period was over.

I must say that the flexibility of this tool is amazing. I can see all the necessary details about the calls and available agents at one place, including reports, SLAs and other metrics I need to work with. The interface has a very nice modern design, which is easy to use and very intuitive.

Because it solves all problems we faced initially and it makes us data-driven team with its HubSpot integration. CloudTalk is a good investment if you are keen to track actions in your team.

CloudTalk

CloudTalk is in terms of calls showing a great performance, although LiveAgent was good, too. The decision to change to CloudTalk was due to the lower price for the use. It is really handy for calls, LiveAgent offers also the options for emails. Both software are great for work and together makes it easy to do the tasks needed.

Kixie

Kixie integrated much better with our CRM (Zoho) than CrazyCall. In addition, Kixie had increased reporting features that CrazyCall did not offer--CrazyCall's reporting was limited and not detailed enough for our purposes. Lastly, at the time, CrazyCall did not have the inbound call services that Kixie offered. In fact, CrazyCall did not have any inbound services when we were using the software.

Return on Investment

  • CloudTalk has crippled our customer support team. The return on investment has basically been upset customers because they can't get through to us for assistance because the app and CloudTalk servers are constantly down.

  • Kixie has made our sales team more productive by freeing up their time for more calls and customer engagement.
  • My sales team has also become more organized by using Kixie. We are able to be more systematic and strategic with when we are calling and the frequency of our calls. This has improved our success ratio in getting leads into our pipeline.
  • The reporting features on Kixie has allowed my organization to better identify members of my sales staff that are having call success and reward them for their efforts.
