Likelihood to Recommend It is well-suited for most of the clients which have trust in digital signatures and want to reduce the turnaround, but there are still some clients which do not prefer digital signatures and prefer printed agreements with wet signatures. Conga uses the latest digital signing legal regulations so this is a customer-to-customer issue.
Read full review GetAccept has shown great progress in the digital electronic signature market, we have had almost no problems since adopting it, although at some point we thought about stopping using the GetAccept server. It is very practical for both the client and the advisor using it. It has a very intuitive interface and the management is amazing.

Conga sign still doesn't allow sending of multiple files for signing. There is a slight rendering time we have noticed while the customer opens the document which can be reduced. For example, there are no templates available to create a contract proposal. GetAccept does not allow you to gradually monitor the changes made by customers. Read full review The Customer Support team was responsive. I typically submitted questions while I was using the app and via the web. The FAQ support base was alright. I cannot recall a time when I used that as opposed to connecting with a rep. I believe all communication was via email. Dalius was great at soliciting feedback. I particularly valued him offering support for best practices as it related to more strategic ways to use GetAccept.

DocuSign for our organization and we are using Conga Composer already to create documents. We found that the integration between Conga Composer and Conga Sign was easier to use and we have a nice discount from Conga due to us adopting several of their products.
DocuSign for the price point didn't make sense to us and it has less write-back functionality with
Salesforce .

Read full review Being able to engage prospects who have not signed the contract as quickly as you would have liked them is a huge plus.
