Conquer vs. PhoneBurner

A software that I highly recommend. We all managed to learn how to use it and in a short time we were already increasing the number of daily calls handled. Customers also increased and the performance of the agents increased by 100%, and that is why we did not change our call software.

I like that you can dial out so many leads and double the efficiency of the agent. The only thing that bothers me is sometimes, system down issue.

• It is very useful; all the information that throws in detailed reports, management, and performance of the trainee staff, as we can notice their failures and correct them.
• A very easy to use software, it is very intuitive and dynamic, which makes the learning curve is fast.

PhoneBurner as I said before, has an excellent graphical interface, super friendly, with menus that the user can easily find and program the calls. The layout is good, fast, and has little delay and errors. I really like the tool and from the beginning, I had no difficulty with the usability.

If I have an issue with the interface between Salesforce.com and Dialsource, usually the Support team is reaching out to me to let me know the connection between the two programs has been altered or disconnected before I even get a chance to realize it myself.

Every interaction I have had with any member of their support team has been pleasant. Issues are quickly addressed and their response time is excellent through the chat service.

DialSource Telephony is way better than the others: no delay, no static, clear consistent voice quality.

We selected PhoneBurner because it is very easy to integrate with Zoho CRM and if you have a silver plan, you can do a lot such as Sending SMS and unlimited calling, you can also record and drop voicemail, timezone calling is automatic. It is a good dialer to use if you are part of sales.
