Cool Tabs vs. Meta Business Manager

In general, it works as some kind of manual on how the particular baseline of your social networks can be improved, and it provides the right assessment at the same time so that I can analyze my data based on my results. Also, they count on excellent technical assistance. Earlier it was hard to go search hashtags on my Instagram but after using this I can get more deep analytics, geotag research, and profile analytics to get great information about the keywords I want to know about. The pricing is great, as well as the support team which replies very quickly.

Meta Business Manger is well suited for large/medium and small organisations with single or multiple stake holders and products. It works very efficiently. Cases where app events are defined for android and iOS, it work wonders for campaign measurement and campaign level targeting. Meta Business Manager is very appropriate for running financial, educational, real estate, e-commerce related ads. Meta Business Manager is not appropriate if you have are into enterprise sales.

• The support service is highly advisable: fast and adequate to satisfy users' needs.

• Helps drive more efficient CPCs and CPMs than other social channels

• Helps grow Retargeting pools to use on other channels
• Meta Business Manager's AI does a great job in identifying our ICP based off intent signals

• Interface is a bit difficult.
• Management if the tool is not intuitive.
• More filters for analyzing would be great specifically in the demographics region.

• You have to look in multiple places for a full range of analytics
• The way it handles ad spend can be unpredictable, so if you're on a budget, you have to make sure you're really watching your ad spend
• For as much as Meta Business Manager pushes stories, reels, etc., the editing tools for this kind of content are limited or nonexistent.

I have a good relationship with the customer service and I love to help them to promote their service.

Because it lacks customization options for its aesthetics. We did a specific adaptation for registering entries and participants, and it worked perfectly. It's a very comprehensive tool for launching viral campaigns for all types of businesses. We will continue working on campaigns in collaboration with Cool Tabs. The UI is easy and intuitive for any beginner, but it also has a lot of depth for more advanced users. There have been very few cases where I could not do something I wanted to do regarding media buying. However, there are big limitations regarding account management, admin settings, and user appeals.

Facebook is notoriously difficult to access for help and FBM is no exception. Only the chat feature will get someone in touch with you and then there is very limited help. The most they do is send links from their 'help section' without really offering much help at all. Business owners and directors need a person on the phone that can understand the problem and help fix it, not 'helpful links that have already been tried.

Facebook is a well-known platform that has to be utilized. It allows us to reach so many new customers and potential patients for our clients. As well as allows us to interact with them consistently and keep them informed or advertise to a new niche of people. The best part about Facebook Business Manager is its usability and reach!

• Cool Tabs allows us to tweak our social media pages to suit the customers' interaction.
• When the customer is engaged, they are more likely to share and or inquire about what we do.
• Since we have been using this, we have had a 10% increase in customer engagement, which in return, helps us deliver quality information.

• Pro: It gives me a central place to manage my Page.
• Pro: There are a lot of options to take advantage of, like Ads, available, which I hope to use more in the future.
• Pro: The pixel has allowed me to connect Facebook data with my website, and has been a good referral source.
• Con: There is so much I don't use because it is so complicated. I know I could get more use of it, but it's not going to happen anytime soon, and probably without help.
