Likelihood to Recommend Demandbase is a must have at our company. From an advertising standpoint it has allowed us to scale our ABM strategies and exceed benchmarks in our display ads. Our sales users are spending less time researching accounts and more time selling as Demandbase makes it easy for them to get alerted when accounts are showing intent and engagement with our business. I'm looking forward to the release of the multiple account journey product update, which will allow us to see how accounts are engaging with our other product areas and where we are missing the mark with engaging with those accounts who may be showing buyer signals with a particular GTM
Read full review If you are in any type of sales, and meeting with people, it is a must. If you already know you contact well, it doesn't have as much value for that particular meeting. Also I wish there was a way to not sync internal meetings, as it just provides clutter, and I don't need info on those people.

Ad Targeting and budgeting is very concise, the platform tells you how much reach and spend you can expect for each campaign. The engagement is rated in "minutes" while that's not really what is being scored. It's a little confusing as to how their engagement is scored. It would be nice to be able to mute or hide of some contacts that we have already spoken to so that it opens space for other prospects. The interface is a little clunky, and the font is too large. It could be a lot smaller and still effective. It takes a lot of time to sync at points, which is frustrating. Read full review Likelihood to Renew We expect to see good success in creating personalized experiences using Demandbase. This has allowed us to create industry specific visitor site experience as well as account specific site experience. This is expected to lead to higher conversion on the site. Therefore, we are very much likely to continue to use it.

Read full review Usability Demandbase does have a learning curve, but once you get into it, the platform becomes very easy to use overall. I had a couple of sessions with our reps to have training sessions. After I was established, the only time I need help is with updates to the platform.
Read full review Support Rating I don't deal a whole lot with the customer support, focused more on the use of it but from my experience, it's been fine. They've replied to my issues in a timely manner, never more than a day. The advertising team might be another story but I can't speak directly to that.

We also leverage in-platform advertising a lot for our targeted account approach and Demandbase has an exceptional platform for this use case. The most impactful difference was the relationship we have with our account team and how they continually ensure our success.
Read full review The thing that Charlie does best is it aggregates everything in one place. It allows me to have a one-stop shop, that I can quickly review prior to heading into a meeting. People are usually amazed with the amount of info that Charlie can give you, and it almost always works its way into my sales call.
