Dovetail User Research vs. PlaybookUX

Dovetail gives an easy starting point to new starters so they can get the concept of why our product has been built/evolved to how it currently is. Get direct customer feedback to answer many of those early common questions and even shortcut the 'why don't we' thinking that every new hire has, We also used Dovetail as a way to share high-value reference customer interviews and testimonials to demonstrate our product-market fit and techs capacity to investors during the Due Diligence process for obtaining external funding

PlaybookUX is fabulous for ad-hoc tests with small budgets, but can also scale up to larger projects easily. I've recommended the tool to several people and they love it, too!

Setting up a study only takes 5 mins. and you can preview a study before sending it out so you don't make any mistakes.

Very responsive when I had a technical question about a test.

Both have different set of unique features and usability.
