Echobox Social vs. Sprinklr Insights

Echobox Social is well suited to publishers and media organisations who are publishing daily online content that needs sharing across social platforms. It works best if your social media objective is driving traffic to your articles/website. It would be suitable for both small and large organisations, as it allows multiple users with different access.

Sprinklr Modern Research offers us a good amount of coverage when we want to search for our chosen keywords or brand mentions across the wider social & news landscape. Certain platforms are of course harder to track than others, while others offer a huge amount of opportunity and Sprinklr does a fantastic job of visualising this. We find that image recognition is one area where there is room for improvement.

• Echobox automation is invaluable; the fact that it can intelligently automatically schedule articles within seconds of these being published on our website saves us a huge amount of time
• I find the AI message option particularly useful when rescheduling content. Although it does not always pick out the best quote, most of the time it does a good job and again saves a lot of time
• Having the option to schedule content immediately as well as in a specific time-slot or day is also very useful

• Product Insight — Being able to add in our products so we can have positive and negative insights.
• Community Insights — We were able to watch out community and see what they were talking about.
• Crisis Monitoring — Being able to have dashboards that would monitor for crises across the internet.

• Since I'm Brazilian, and our whole team is based in Brazil, would be great if the whole platform was translated for Portuguese. There are no many English speakers in Brazil, to be honest. That would make it easier
• Tik Tok. Would be nice if somehow Echobox could provide their AI for Tik Tok Users

• Include more sources in listening, every time we share listening data with a wider team we also make them aware of listening limitations as our data is very often challenged
• 'Uncategorized' age category in demographics for listening - it's always a majority which doesn't look great
• Overall the main feedback is that there is so much data available but it's very difficult to extract any insights from listening/benchmarking. Some inspiration/advice would be much appreciated.

Because I am totally satisfied with Echobox service. I find it balanced between the service itself and its cost. Compared to its competitors, it is, without a doubt, the best product for small publishers. It only lacks in a greater and more efficient management of statistics which, at the moment, is absent. I will definitely renew Echobox!

Setting up can be complicated but their team was on standby to help us with that. The interface was a bit stiff at first but once you are all set up, you won't need to do much since most of it is automated and the more complicated things can be cleared up with customer support.

The interface is user-friendly and quite intuitive. However, the tool is very complete and the app can seem a bit dense at times with a lot of different places and categories. It just takes a bit of time to adjust before being a great tool

When there have been problems, they’ve usually been resolved very quickly. Some issues have occurred such as not being able to download images or posts not going out when the service has crashed, but they’re also very open to feedback. The option to download pictures loaded into the feed stories was my suggestion; saving us time creating new images and getting the posts out quickly

We have had some good experiences, especially during renewal periods, but support has suddenly disappeared when the renewal is completed. Also, while we have multiple teams, those deemed more important or more likely to expand their purchase are given more attention. This decision comes from Sprinklr, not internally, so they are prioritizing support for teams which are actually not the teams paying the majority of the money for the service.

You just have to keep in mind that it can take a day or two to have the set up of an account all done.

Echobox AI function (the ability to decide when is the best time to share a post) is a [game-changer] and also the UI is cleaner and easier to use. I found Hootsuite confusing and complicated. It has too many windows and also doesn't pull the articles automatically. There is no comparison really, Echobox is miles ahead.

They are not included in all the things. It is integrated with different AI technologies. I like working with the Sprinklr team and building my own dashboards for new initiatives. The insights presented about the market are unmatched. See what people say about my brand or category like the hashtag research function for Instagram and Twitter. It would even suggest hashtags. Ease of use—from bullion coding/keyword building to analytics dashboarding

• Higher click-through rates on articles shared to social.
• An increased volume of social posts across all pages through automation, leading to more eyes on more articles.
• Automation has led to more time for other tasks.
• Digital subscriptions have increased steadily since implementing Echobox.

• It has definitely improved our analytical insights by making the platform flexible enough to be able to deep dive and pull up a report on any metric and drive it.
• Real-time data is the boss of all. It helps us fix things with engagement team before the damage is done.
• User friendly UI has made it easy to operate and increase productivity.
