Likelihood to Recommend Great for reaching out to passive candidates and standing out instead of using LI. Candidates are used to receiving the same messages in the same format and by using this tool we have the chance to mix it up and try and stand out from our competition. Entelo has been an awesome addition to my toolbox
Read full review Again, Indeed is the leader when it comes to hourly and salary staffing. From all the positions at our dealerships, Indeed helps us staff most of the positions we need to fulfill. Read full review Pros Entelo provides accurate candidate contact info. Many of the profiles I have sourced via the platform have had the correct email address and my emails were able to reach the prospective candidate. This really helps recruiting efforts. Most candidates in this day and age constantly check their personal email. Engineers in particular are a hard group to reach and just sending an InMail isn't always the best route. Entelo really helps in recruiting for engineers by helping to provide their personal contact details. Entelo's tracking feature is a great strength. Any email you send to candidates on the platform, you can track accordingly. I get a notification when the candidate opens my email, clicks on link in the email, and when they reply. The notifications don't just come through the Entelo platform but you get an email as well so you're up to date. Entelo search is another great feature. You can search for candidates by entering skill, position, company name etc. There's even a diversity filter! Really great search criteria that helps you hone in on your ideal candidates. This is really useful for hard to fill technical positions. Avni Shah Senior Talent Partner- HR Operations
Read full review The set-up of the event asks for important details to maximize the effectiveness of the event, but is also very simple. The opportunity for you to create more personal connections with each candidate, while also providing a virtual hiring experience. The actual hiring event platform that is utilized during the execution of the event is simple, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing. Read full review Cons All the profile information isn't up to date and you always need to click through to their profile links (LinkedIn, GitHub, Angel List, etc.) It doesn't do a great job of pulling profiles from Facebook as you are better off sourcing directly from Facebook. If would be great if they could provide email reporting for the time of day to test the best time of day to email candidates so you can a/b test. Also, it would be great if you could provide response rate by List so you can see out of the 'x' number of candidates on a list, 'y' number of candidates responded. If a candidate doesn't respond to my initial outreach I send multiple follow-up emails so it would good to see how many candidates on my List respond to me. If I were to do that now it would be a very manual process and take too much time. They don't have drip/automated email campaign capabilities. It would be great when I send that initial email to a candidate to have the ability to scheudle follow-up emails based. For example, if the candidate doesn't respond to my initial email within 2 days send follow up email 1, if they don't respond to that email within 2 days send follow-up 2, etc. Read full review Although we have a sponsored jobs agreement, so candidates are directed to our website to apply, I have heard recruiters say the old view to where you can see the candidates that applied through Indeed is helpful. Disabling job posting permissions from certain users would be helpful. Only admin should be able to post jobs (that aren't free). It would help better manage our invoicing and billing with Indeed. Read full review Likelihood to Renew Indeed is great because it seems like a lot of IT consultants and IT resources use it to find new opportunities. The platform is continuously innovating and the price can be reasonable if managed actively and properly when setting up the job posting. I don't give it a 10 because the method of promoting your posting and their cost per applicant value is NOT transparent at all. It is dynamic according to market conditions which we have to assume is in the favor of the company making money and NOT serving us as customers. But maybe we are being too cynical? We say this because their search feature to find our posting and our company information from the candidate's side is suprisingly not very good. Why does only exact match searches work vs returning posts or company information if the candidate does NOT have the exact matching words. That is not how most search tools/engines work. They return the most relevant first and everything else afterward, but Indeed does not seemingly do this from our experience. If we do not enter exact key word matching our job postings and company information is not returned from the candidate search perspective.
Read full review Usability Overall usability is very good, for our company it's been helpful for us to be able to navigate a large applicant pool. We've also found the prompts and icons to be very intuitive and aesthetic. Issues have mostly been on the applicant end and the interview option, while helpful, has also had some minor usability issues in the past.
Read full review Support Rating When we first started with Indeed, we had a dedicated account rep that we could reach out to with questions. They would often try to upcharge, but at least we could get solutions for issues. Unfortunately now Indeed has removed those positions and the only way to contact Support is chat and email. Many times we don't get an answer to questions, and have no escalation point for issues.

Read full review Implementation Rating Integration was easy and painless. Really had no issues throughout the process, and Indeed did not offer us support options. Glad that the system is helpful since Indeed's customer service is not. I do wish they had better support options, even a phone number to call if we run into issues.
Read full review Alternatives Considered Entelo is similar to
SeekOut in general, but I prefer Entelo as I find I have more success finding the candidates I am looking for. It has everything I need and then some, and that is what I like about it. I also love the Chrome extension and its ease of use.
Read full review I think Indeed Hiring Platform heavily outweighs Zip and CareerBuilder in terms of quality of candidates and candidate reach. It is most similar to LinkedIn in terms of success with sourcing candidates. Still, as stated in the previous question, I believe LinkedIn is more qualified in terms of higher-level/higher-paid candidates.
Read full review Return on Investment It has made it quicker for me to source for multiple roles thanks to Envoy We were able to make a placement using its browser extension to find a candidate's email address Has given me weekly reports to understand some A/B testing regarding candidate reach out Read full review My healthcare client had 55 RSVPs and 19 attendees which were well above their expectations for the event. I think this event significantly reduced the time to hire for those who attended the event. My customer service client had to cancel their event, but for their next one, they are definitely hoping it will have a great ROI since they are able to hire a high volume for each role.
