Likelihood to Recommend hireEZ is well suited to small to midsize companies in my experience. For companies with minimal budget they will negotiate better terms for a longer contract. You also control the number of seats you pay for and the type. It is basically a la carte pricing.
Read full review TempWorks is a really great tool overall, especially in tracking the recruitment process. Managing candidate info is easy with TW, and the messages feature helps to notate any and all candidate interactions. On my end I don't use the other functionalities of the software, but I do enjoy being able to pull up a variety of reports in order to track my own set goals in regard to my performance.
Read full review Pros Talent sourcing aggregate (known by Hiretual as AI Sourcing). Custom insights based on search criteria. Contact information & social link retrieval. Applicant Tracking System Integration -- At OnPoint we use Lever as our ATS. Hiretual allows us to export candidate data directly into our ATS and associate said candidates to a specific requisition, & in a specific stage. Read full review Helps keep candidate information and documentation organized Assists in tracking progress of candidates during the hiring process Easily allows access to client information for recruiters Read full review Cons I have come across many duplicate profiles that could cause me to contact the same person twice in a short period. Doesn’t have an “undo” button for if I accidentally mark a candidate as “not a good fit” Their “variables” used in creating email templates don’t function optimally. If you use “candidate last name”, and the person has a title, it will use the title instead of name. For example… I sent an email to a doctor and it sent as “Dr. MD”. Not ideal. Read full review Usability The few times that I haven't been able to quickly figure out how to do something, I have emailed my support person and have gotten a response within a couple of hours. The system is very intuitive and if you have ever run online searches using Boolean techniques, Hiretual is very easy to understand (but you don't need to know Boolean to be successful with the tool).

Read full review Support Rating The support team is proactive with information, sharing changes or new features, conducting training, etc. It is not a pull scenario, as with other vendors, where I have to ask for what is going on. Instead, the hireEZ team is reaching out to us to follow up, provide information, etc. I love their proactiveness and desire for us to use the tool to its full potential!
Read full review I give this a zero on all fronts. In fact, I tried to reach out to the CEO multiple times to help me resolve challenges we were having and he did not respond to me once. Had he responded we probably would still be with them today.
Read full review Alternatives Considered Entelo is probably the closest competitor that stacks up against Hiretual head to head in my opinion, but the differentiator for us has been the relationship and the flexibility that the vendor provides us on top of the fact that the product itself continues to perform incredibly well as it continues to evolve along with my organization's needs. To have a seat at the table to offer up opinions or advice on how to improve the product over time is invaluable. Additionally, the AI-powered version of Hiretual is much more powerful than
Entelo 's product.
Read full review The way in which I utilize TW now is a bit antiquated compared to the online portals that I used with
Bullhorn and
Crelate . I think the simplicity of the funtionality of TW is much easier to navigate than
Bullhorn and
Crelate , however I think it really depends on your permissions of use, flexibility in customization, etc. I feel as though
Bullhorn did a great job of search functionality, as it was easier to search for candidates on the online platform with a search bar up top that you could literally type anything into and the candidate would automatically populate under the search bar. Ex. If I were looking up a candidate by their phone number, I would start typing it in any format (3176541277 or 317-654-1277 or (317) 654-1277) and no matter what the corresponding candidate would pop up as I typed. Same with email, first or last name, etc.
Read full review Return on Investment It's made me a better recruiter, and frankly, I used to not love sourcing, now it seems fascinating to me! This tool provides so much data, you can play with the criteria until you land on a profile that you want to look for. When done with a specific search line, you can move on to add other elements, skills, nice to haves, diversity aspects. It's truly an exciting tool in our arsenal as recruiters to present solid candidates but also a better hiring manager experience. The data it provides is great.
