I have personally explored that product. But Hubstaff gives more ease of use. It gives a free user access. Also live team support. Ease of deleting and adding users. They can negotiate on billing. Transparency of billing. More similar to HubStuff. But the team is more …
Compared to all these 3 products, Hubstaff would always be the winner. All these 3 products have certain limitations and restrictions which brings them down. The selection of functionality in these 3 softwares are very limited or sometimes none. Hubstaff acts as an all-in-one …
Hubstaff seemed best suited for large companies with many in-house employees, as well as many outsourced. Their customer service had excellent reviews, and our experiences have matched that. It's very easy to use the application, and it's payroll tracking features seemed the …
TimeCamp works well for tracking time spent but does a poor job at automatic categorization. It's free for tracking application usage (by window title only though). ActivTrak logs screenshots PERFECTLY but the space limitation and extremely high cost make it difficult to …
Although Hubstaff has a much newer and cooler design interface for their website and tracker. I found Time Doctor to be more intuitive and easier to use.

We evaluated these other products and decided TimeCamp was much more user-friendly. Being able to have a more user-friendly platform was mission-critical for us. The other products are equally as wonderful, but TimeCamp made the most amount of sense for us at the time. It has …
I am a satisfied user of TimeCamp due to many reasons including its advanced kind of performance. TimeCamp also offers an attendance module that fully automates employee presence as well as absence management which for me is quite beneficial and has made my life simpler. It is …
TimeCamp has the absolute smallest impact on my PC's performance and that's a huge plus. I never even realize it's running. The "widget" is barely noticeable and is the least intrusive one that maintains a visible presence. Some apps, like ActivTrak have no visible indicator at …
It enables you to monitor workers' time on every project. It monitors productivity even if an internet connection is not available. It provides a customizable interface. Every task is customizable to suit project requirements. It allows you to track time from anywhere in the world. In this way, it provides powerful insights to determine how many hours are required to do a project.
Time Doctor is well suited for certain businesses where some or many of the employees are now working remotely due to the pandemic and post-pandemic times. It is a good way for the employer to keep track of activity and (more or less) keep people honest. For businesses and employees where there are a lot of site visits, travel, etc., Time Doctor is a little impractical since it requires the employee to manually enter in whatever time was spent on tasks performed away from the computer. If an employer is hoping to track that activity, they still need to rely on the employees' honor systems to enter in times and tasks.
TimeCamp is comparable to all other time tracking apps. It predominantly depends on your specific use case and if the UX works for you if TimeCamp will be a good fit. Personally, I found the software not super intuitive and I think that was a big turn off.
Its interface is also quite easy to handle and is designed in a user friendly way.
Overall, I feel that Hubstaff is a very useful invention that has the ability to attract and fascinate users.
Hubstaff offers a customizable and easily tailored according to your requirements user interface where with the help of just one click you can start or even stop tracking your daily project activities.
TimeCamp does what it is made to do and it does it very well. It allows multiple levels of billing rates and does a great job tracking.
TImeCamp does take a little bit of time to set up, but that is no different than any other tool. The interface is easily understandable so the configuration goes pretty quickly.
I am having a problem with its customer support. [I feel it is] one of the worst customer service I have gone through for the longest time. They did not even know about their own platform, response time is late and there is no such name of help from their side what so ever which makes it a very difficult platform to use.
[I believe it] needs a lot of upgrades in customer support system.
One thing I would love to see is integration with my cell phone. Time Doctor already has an app, but I want it to automatically capture the time I spend on my phone with clients. For now I have to manually enter in this time and must note when the call started and when it ended.
Integration into Wave apps where I generate my invoices. I'd like to be able to select a project from Time Doctor in my invoice and have it automatically populate the time I spent on it and the dates I worked on the project rather than manually finding and entering this information.
TimeCamp is a little bit expensive. It needs overall improvement in all tools. Moreover, the mobile version is not as useful as the web version of TimeCamp.
Other than that, customer service needs more attention and requires more improvement.
Also, I feel like that if there are more features of TimeCamp then it would be better.
I give it 9 because it is really good for time tracking and managing remote teams. It helps me to manage my team very efficiently. Still, prices are high, so don't give 10. I need more discounts to add more team. Also need more accuracy as users are now fooling the tools with various cheats. Overall it is good and helfull
I've never had any issues and always received proper support. They let you know in advance when they'll be in maintenance and it's always in odd hours, so it's good. You still can use it when they are maintaining it.
Hubstaff has always responded to support requests in a timely manner and has kept me in the loop of changes. When contacting them about future changes/features they've always been upfront on whether that is a change they are looking to make and when that change may occur. Finally, if the person I have communicated with was unable to resolve, they always escalated to the next best person who can answer/resolve.
The support was terrible! They never responded in sufficient time and their assistance was always super vague. I never felt like they had an actual solution to my concerns. They were nice, but I don't feel like they were trained in their own system. It felt like I was talking to a wall.
I am giving support a rating of 8 but that is quite arbitrary. Honestly, we have never had the need to contact support for any reason. There has not been a situation where we became stuck and could not figure out how to work through it. Sign up was easy and billing is like clockwork so there has been no need to contact billing support. I think this is a testament to the ease of use of TimeCamp.
Hubstaff keeps interesting and smart features and functions. The most interesting feature is the reporting feature that has brought much convenience to me. It is no doubt a great tool for planning budgets, managing workflows, tracking time, and best supervision capabilities.
I still use Rescue Time for different reasons. I review my stats once a week by email. I think it's a totally different product. My egg timer keeps me more on task, but it doesn't record my times
TimeCamp is distinctive and virtuous because it provides a flexible payment system with a free plan to make it even more attractive, it simply provides the essential alternatives in our work processes, and the customer service team executes its work very effectively and with a positive attitude positive.
Hubstaff has enabled us to identify the most productive workers which enables us to maximize profitability.
Hubstaff has enabled us to quickly identify drops in engagement or output, or just poor performance due to not caring so we can move on instead of trying to fit a square peg into a round hole.
HubStaff lets us actively measure retainers vs delivered hours and adjust contracts to what we really need based on our time expenditures.
For a small amount each month I believe I get a huge return on investment in form of traceability of my hours spent. The major factor that made me choose Time Doctor was the price and the value. I don't think I would still be interested if it was more expensive.
