LinkedIn Talent Solutions is a talent intelligence platform that provides two talent products, talent acquisition news, recruiting tools and best practices on LinkedIn.
Job Posts, for hiring managers at small or medium-sized companies who hire sporadically, allows free posting of individual jobs to target relevant job-seekers based on job post criteria.
Recruiter & Jobs Slots, for talent acquisition teams at companies who hire multiple roles throughout the year, is a sourcing tool that…
LinkedIn Talent Solutions is top tier when it comes to finding talent. I have yet to find anyone that even comes close to the quality of candidates I can find on other platforms.
I think the main thing about Linkedin is how global it has become. People might not know of other tools but they know about LinkedIn and everyone wants to be there or is learning that they have to be there to get good opportunities and build a network by using social platforms …
LTS is better when trying to hone in on the right candidates, assessing the skills we are looking for in a candidate and sharing information with other members of our team.
LinkedIn is better than any of the platforms out there for its professional talent network. It would be better if LinkedIn let candidates fill out application information on their site and then LinkedIn sent us the application in an integration with ADP. We use ADP for all …
We just decided to end our relationship with LinkedIn Talent Solutions after they eliminated the Small Business offering. The price went up and we just weren't having any return on investment. The time spent reaching out to candidates and not hearing back from them was …
LinkedIn Talent Solutions helps us find more accurate and professional candidates than any of the other portals. The outreach is better. Bulk inmails allow reaching more candidates in the same time.
Well suited for searching the database for qualified resources, not well suited for those posting jobs. That is especially true if the job posted has a broader appeal, or applies to many job seekers, since it will attract hundreds that you will not have time to review. We have found that 1 in 20 are even qualified and have the basic requirements for what we post
LinkedIn Talent Solutions is the best way to search & find qualified candidates. For profiles with fewer qualifications, there is often little information filled in by the candidates (only job titles) and it takes a lot more phone screening to find the candidate with all the required skills. The statistics tab helps you learn more about our use of the platform and what our response rates are. The saved searches are really convenient and help us to easily expand our network of candidates.
Indeed does its job best in job postings, Sourcing resumes, and internal communication where our personal details can't be enclosed. Various filters help us source the particular resume.
I haven't had to use Customer Service much for Indeed.com but the few times I've had encounters they have been very nice and helpful. They ensure you are getting the most out of your money with the resources Indeed has to offer. You can speak to customer service over the phone or on a quick messenger setting on the website depending on what your style is or how easy you feel your question is.
We used and are still currently using other job boards. Some are free of charge, some are paid services. We do not want to stop using Indeed.com since it provides up with ability to post job postings for free. This is really appreciated. We do not want to disclose names of other services.
I think the main thing about Linkedin is how global it has become. People might not know of other tools but they know about LinkedIn and everyone wants to be there or is learning that they have to be there to get good opportunities and build a network by using social platforms that aren't just focused on the social aspect.
Higher turnover in general for the positions we have hired for from Indeed which in some instances can hinder productivity. It is important to know that when using Indeed, you are getting volume/quantity and not necessarily top-performing employees.
It seems like the employees found on Indeed are constantly job hunting even when currently employed.
For our large-scale hiring, Indeed, all in all has had a positive impact as we are always able to fill the positions due to the large pool of resumes always on hand.
The majority of our ROI come from referrals, but LinkedIn Talent Solutions has also helped us find candidates. If they referral doesn't pan out, then Workable is usually next, followed by LinkedIn.
LinkedIn Talent Solutions has gotten more expensive and has eliminated the Small Business offering so we did not renew. It just became to costly based on the ROI.
Clients always like that we have access to post jobs to LinkedIn Talent Solutions because they consider LinkedIn legitimate and professional.
