Indeed is used to post jobs consistently.
- Indeed is fantastic when hiring across state lines and for large-scale hiring.
- Indeed has such broad reach due to how well known it is and ease of use for the employees who are applying for positions.
- Indeed is free to post jobs, and we can promote the jobs for comparably a good deal to other job posting sites.
- A lot of the same applicants apply over and over to the same job postings despite being rejected due to being unqualified for the position. This is particularly a problem when doing large-scale hires in one specific location.
- Indeed has poor filtering and search capabilities for employers. As an employer on Indeed you deal with huge QUANTITY of applicants - which can be great but when looking for specific skillsets, it can be difficult to find the right applicants in such a large pool. For executive level positions, Indeed is not my preferred job positing site.
- Job Promoting has allowed large-scale reach and opens up the doors to a vast pool of applicants which is helpful for large-scale hiring in a multi-state company. We use Indeed to run jobs that have higher turnover rates.
- Indeed has a resume builder for the applicants- when reviewing resumes on Indeed almost all the applicant information is in the same place which facilitates our applicant review process.
- Indeed has a wide range of assessments of skills for the applicants which helps employers ascertain true skill level.
- Higher turnover in general for the positions we have hired for from Indeed which in some instances can hinder productivity. It is important to know that when using Indeed, you are getting volume/quantity and not necessarily top-performing employees.
- It seems like the employees found on Indeed are constantly job hunting even when currently employed.
- For our large-scale hiring, Indeed, all in all has had a positive impact as we are always able to fill the positions due to the large pool of resumes always on hand.
Indeed has great reach and so many applicants are aware of Indeed to use as a job search engine. You will certainly get the most action on your job posting when you post it on Indeed. A job posted and promoted on Indeed will yield hundreds of applicants vs. other job posting sites which may only yield 10. We use Indeed for large-scale hiring across multiple states which goes to show how far Indeed's reach and notoriety is.
