I didn't personally make the decision to use one over the other, but I can say that I enjoy the look and feel of Freehand. I think having it integrate with a tool we're already using (InVision) makes it great for us as well.

I really do like Miro and its features a lot but the fact that it doesn't integrate or live with the rest of our UX deliverables makes it challenging to use.
