ITProTV vs. KnowBe4 Compliance Plus

ITProTV is GREAT for smaller teams looking for a cost effective solution to help their team members skill-up and stay up-to-date on current tech and certifications. It's equally good for larger teams who wish to have a ready available resource for their team members to access and train. The ability to stream to multiple platforms (desktop/laptop, mobile, smartTV, etc.) means that you can access the content anywhere. If a team is only acessing the content infrequently or doesn't need the Transcender practice tests then an individual plan may be best. If there is only one technology that a team is focusing on (Apple certification, MCSA certification, etc.) then this may not be the most cost effective solution.

The entire suite does well to accommodate any compliance training needs my organization has. It is easy to configure, maintain, and create reporting on. We have it enabled to be managed by our HR team for HR related trainings and our tech admins oversee any other requirements that our teams may have. Overall a solid product.

• Training videos broken down into reasonable times to make it easier to fit them into an already busy day
• Transcripts --> sometimes it is more than a little helpful to quickly scan back through a transcript for a bit of information rather than trying to scrub through the video to find it
• The Practice Labs and Exams --> this alone is incredibly helpful and would cost quite a bit if purchased on their own.

• Easy to find training modules
• Modules are short enough to keep user attention span
• Material within those modules are easy to understand
• The quizzes aren't stressful to the point of fearing to fail
• Content stays fresh, modules retire and new ones that are updated are released

• Only complaint and which keeps me from giving a 10 rating is that I like to watch the videos on a TV. And only Amazon Firestick and Apple TV apps are supported at this time. I think a compatible Android TV app is needed.

• perhaps some pre-built content packages as template starters would be helpful
• some better explanation of what features exist in which places and how they work
• content customization of what topics I want under my eyes and which I do not - to cut down on the selections ("Do not show this again" or "Hide this" or "Save as a Favorite")
• more functionality to save content topics into personal collections for later use

Using ITProTV has been a cakewalk. Not once have I wished that we went with a different vendor. The content stays updated. My technicians are improving their skills. We can train when we need it and access the content required. We are improving all the way around.... why wouldn't I want to renew?

We do simply love all the products . This is the best platform we have ever used . Employees like the variety of all the module. We love the fact they are offered in so many languages. The in house produced series is so interesting. The employees no longer feel like it’s arduous.

The product is easy to use and schedule and monitor. We do not have a compliance department in our company it is handled by IT, having KnowBe4 Compliance Plus is like having another employee or a compliance and security department without the high overhead. The platform does not take a lot to set up as far as scheduling and picking trainings to send out.

It's always available. We have rarely encountered any issues at all. The fact that we have an assigned account manager, ensures we are getting very rapid responses and acknowledgement. This person quickly escalates any issues to the technical team and we usually get a resolution within a day or two

Everything loads quite rapidly, and this has never been an issue. The automated summary reports that are sent to me remove me from even having to go run them. I love this platform. It's changed the way I work, and we have used a few different platforms in the past. Anybody looking should look no further. This is the best! Forget the rest.

Let me start with... their chat really works. You aren't chatting with a bot. When we first looked into purchasing ITProTV, I opened a chat on their site. One of their sales people, Brandon, contacted me quickly and by phone. I totally thought I was chatting with a computer, then the phone rang and Brandon introduced himself. I was blown away. Then, on the two occasions when I contact support, I did it through the chat. Not only did my problem get resolved quickly, a tech named Jessica followed up via email a couple days later to make sure the issues hadn't continued. Fantastic!

Our Customer Success Manager is amazingly helpful and responsive. She meets with us every month to go over new features and help us with campaigns. Also, when we email her with questions, she usually turns around an answer in a couple of hours and never longer than a day. KnowBe4 Compliance Plus has dedicated people who really take care of their customers after the sale.

Obvious focus on quality content, entertaining, more value for the investment (both time and money). I've also used Cybrary, Trainsignal, and some others that I cannot currently recall. That is likely because ITProTV really stands head and shoulders above the others. The continuous improvements that are functional, practical, and customer focused keep me coming back and also I can feel confident when writing reviews like this or recommending to others. There are few companies these days that I feel comfortable making such statements about.

KnowBe4 has cornered the market on phishing simulation training, but their real gem is their training platform. The platform is super easy to setup, manage, and has great automation tools. Makes management trivial and if for some reason you do have an issue, their support team is top notch and will help you solve any problem or use case you might need

We love the variety of training available. The training is available in available in numerous languages for our international business. There is always new training is constantly being released. Our users find the training entertaining yet informative. We love pushing out training on a monthly basis and making it smaller chunks. This really resonates with our busy employees. It's great that we have so much selection and that it is broken down in small chunks. I get excited when I see new training. It really gives me comfort knowing that KnowBe4 is staying on top of current and evolving trends, and rapidly releasing content. AI is occurring almost everywhere we look these days, and it's great to see freshly released content coming out a very regular basis. Being able to target different divisions within our organization with targeted job specific training is a game changer. We even have our board of directors taking training designed for executives. The tracking and the reporting also really help show the improvement, and those that need more work. The fact that we can automate training that are launched when users start within our organization also eliminated the need for manual intervention, giving me my time back as an administrator
