The VidCruiter platform offers a variety of products and features designed specifically to optimize recruitment. The workflow system will allows users to map out the entire recruitment process and automate it to their level of comfort. The platform can be completely customized to meet the specific needs of any recruitment scenario.
This is pretty much perfect if you are in a situation like us i.e, want to improve/replace your phone screening and ensure your clients only interview good candidates. It also works great for pretty much any role you might be hiring for since the video interview part happens early in the process. The only scenario where this might not be used in your recruitment process is if you hire a few people throughout the year. In that case, it probably doesn't make sense.
VidCruiter is best suited for those that want to be paperless and go the digital route. VidCruiter gives the option to record the live interviews so they remain on the platform if we ever need to go back to review. In my opinion there is not a scenario where this is not appropriate, because if you don't see a function of interest, VidCruiter will consider creating it or figure a way to make it happen for you

Jobma connects us to worldwide talent remotely and helps discover, engage and recruit star talent for the position effectively.
I was also able to share some of the initial interviews and the management team supported and loved the tool. Thanks, Jobma, for making this a reality.
Jobma allows us to conduct our preliminary interviews with ease.
VidCruiter is my first Applicant Tracking System but it was still relatively easy to set up exactly to our needs and there was lots of support over email and the phone / internet meetings during the setup and after. It is easy to use and update too, no coding ability needed.
The integrated video and live interviews are unique to VidCruiter and why we chose it over competing products. They are easy to setup and use and provide the HR staff with a much more personal feeling for who the applicants are.
The auto rating of the applicants and their references along with the easy rating of applicant video interviews and any other data entered sorts applicants after what abilities are important to your company and makes it easy to start with the most suited candidates and work your way down.
I feel like their live video interview should be easier to set up. Right now it takes a few clicks to get it set up. There should just be an option to immediately do a live interview without the scheduling bit.
We would like to be able to download our video interviews but I am told that is a GDPR/compliance thing they cannot do.

Clarity on deadlines for performance task
The error message is vague ("Either you have withdrawn from this process or the deadline to complete this process has been reached") which one? You should know!
This is our first season of using VidCruiter or any ATS. We are very happy with the time saved and level of organization and clarity that using VidCruiter has provided. We have a ton of ideas for improvements for the next season, and the flexibility of the system, the easy setup and maintenance and the very responsive support from VidCruiter makes this easy.

I have used Spark Hire in my previous organization which is an alternate software for Jobma, but Spark Hire pricing is very expensive when compared to Jobma. So I would recommend always Jobma for its features and affordable pricing.
We selected VidCruiter over Spark Hire mostly because of the ability to edit rubrics. In a world where equity is at the top, we must be able to rate candidates in a non-biased way and being able to edit the rubrics allows us to do so. We also through customer service was top notch at VidCruiter and decided to keep using it (we considered switching to Spark Hire at one point)

Integration of Jobma into hiring tool kit has significantly reduces the interview rounds and time and fast-forward the complete interview process.
It provides easy to easy dashboard and make it convenient for the hiring managers to track personal and team performances of recruiters that makes hiring more effective and objective driven.
