Jotform vs. Vasion

I like that it easily captures the data we need. There are calculator options, so it's best for our petty cash or overtime request, and the date options are best for our leave applications.

It has more features than Google or Microsoft Forms, which could make it a bit more complicated for those who have gotten used to the simplicity of both Google or Microsoft.

We transformed a paper-intensive operation, child support enforcement, to an almost completely electronic environment. Our child support case managers can now easily find all case file documentation (no longer searching through the file room or on someone's desk) and have access to these files from any secure location, including the court room where we need these documents during the hearings.

• I understand that jotform is a business but I wish you had a little higher capacity limits on the free version
• The paid versions are a little pricey. Would be great if it was not a reoccurring monthly charge but rather a one time fee for the paid versions.
• I wish i could get notification emails sent to more that one email address on the free version

• MaxxVault has several products that can and do all work together, but it can be tough to articulate the various product names.

I need this software to run my business, it's built around it.

I honestly have not used the support feature with Jotform. From what I can see when I look information up, everything I want to do something that I can't figure out myself it seems to not be a possible solution or edit that Jotform is currently capable of.

Typeform is better hands down [in my opinion]. It's not even a comparison as [I feel] JotForm doesn't work properly and [from my experience I think] their support is very problematic. I would suggest using Typeform or using GravityForms as an alternative to JotForm. Whatever you do, [I feel you shouldn't] depend on JotForm for something that is important to your business or research project.

We are currently using both programs. But it would be better if they were to sync together.
