You get the info right to your email as opposed to having to log into Google Sheets to get it. They don't require any plug-ins or special procedures to be able to fill out the form and send it back to us. Adobe was more steps, and didn't always work as we expected. More Info Chose Jotform Jotform is so much more versatile that Google Forms, which we originally used. Google Forms was blocked by some of our users, where we have not had that problem with Jotform.
