Overall Satisfaction with Jotform
I have a health & wellness business. Knowledge is power and it's easy to be a problem solver for my clients when I understand their health concerns. I LOVE using Jotform as a nutritional health assessment to learn about the supplements my clients are currently taking so I can offer one of our guaranteed solutions for them. I also use it for a career assessment to learn about some of the people I consult when considering a career change from the pharmaceutical industry to helping doctors with their patients. The more I use it the more I understand the multiple applications for this amazing technology!

Electronic assessments are much better than paper versions and can be organized, show trends and collect information which can be used now or in the future.
I would have chosen it MUCH sooner if I had known how powerful it was.
