Jotform vs. Tallyfy

I like that it easily captures the data we need. There are calculator options, so it's best for our petty cash or overtime request, and the date options are best for our leave applications.

It has more features than Google or Microsoft Forms, which could make it a bit more complicated for those who have gotten used to the simplicity of both Google or Microsoft.

Good for customizing an onboarding process to help ensure a smooth process, and setting up a contract for electronic signature in an easier way than customizing an editable PDF and uploading it to any number of eSign platforms. I've integrated Tallyfy, using Zapier, to Webmerge and Signnow, to get the result I was looking for, but there are plenty of ways Tallyfy can be implemented.

• We use it to collect data about our clients and to collect the data necessary to customize the contract and the customer experience.
• Tallyfy Webhooks then allow us to push that data out to other platforms, etc, so I've been able to create a solution that completes the document and sends it out for electronic signature with the click of a button... once the data has been collected.
• Create drop-downs, radio selections, checkboxes, short and long text paragraphs, etc. Even uploading documents and saving them directly to your favorite cloud storage, such as Drive or Dropbox.
• Manage the process from one team member to the next, depending on responsibility.

• I understand that jotform is a business but I wish you had a little higher capacity limits on the free version
• The paid versions are a little pricey. Would be great if it was not a reoccurring monthly charge but rather a one time fee for the paid versions.
• I wish i could get notification emails sent to more that one email address on the free version

• I'd like more control over the view. For example, some way to condense the view so that more data can be seen at once. Currently, in my opinion, it is just a little too large or blown up, but this may be a petty request.

I honestly have not used the support feature with Jotform. From what I can see when I look information up, everything I want to do something that I can't figure out myself it seems to not be a possible solution or edit that Jotform is currently capable of.

Typeform is better hands down [in my opinion]. It's not even a comparison as [I feel] JotForm doesn't work properly and [from my experience I think] their support is very problematic. I would suggest using Typeform or using GravityForms as an alternative to JotForm. Whatever you do, [I feel you shouldn't] depend on JotForm for something that is important to your business or research project.

I was very satisfied with the Tallyfy solution and did not seek out any alternative solutions.

• While struggling to use another software, I thought of Jotform and it was able to assist me with collating the data I had to confirm results previously obtained.
• I could not easily identify what new information was provided in a resubmission by a respondent.

• Streamlined our intake process, leaving far less room for error.
• Also expedited and improved the accuracy of the sales contract process and execution.
