Suited if you want to hear old calls. Not suited for teaching new SDR's how to talk or what a good call is and why. Kixie doesn't transcribe either.

We consider that it is a very complete internet call software that is worth having in all companies that want to increase their sales through customer service agents because, with all its tools, agents improve their workday by day.

• Kixie integrates seamlessly with our CRM (Zoho), meaning it updates call notes directly on the customer's CRM profile.
• The one-click dialing feature directly through our CRM is a great feature. It's so simple; just search for a name, one-click, and you are on the phone.
• The local presence feature is a nice touch for cold calls. It provides a local area code when cold calling to increase the likelihood of an answer to the call.

• Easy to set up your menu and record greetings and Prompts
• Forwards to our cell phones or landlines -- and voicemail to email
• Allows outbound calls on the rare occasion we require hiding
• Simple website for end users - but they almost never need to use it.

• User interface, sometimes the list you are calling on the tool can glitch and not show you the info of the lead.

Once it works and has retain ROI.....keep it going

Kixie provides a nice user interface. There is a bit of a learning curve to load leads but it's not difficult. It's just learning where to go and how to load lists for the reps. Once you have it figured out, it's easy to get lists loaded for reps and give them the ability to manage those leads

So much easier than our old PBX or any on-prem PBX I have ever used. We were up and running in an hour. Tweaking the caller menus is so easy.

Auto attendant and voice conference capabilities are a good value for SOHO users that need to make a positive impression upon their customers.

• Kixie's dialer allows us to dial directly from our CRM
• The voicemail drop feature saves time and allows our BDRs to move on to the next call right away
• The automatic log calling saves even more time instead of having to log the call manually

• We have been able to improve greatly with this software, our communications and interactions with customers improved, and agent performance and productivity improved, which translates into higher profits for the company. It is easy to use this program, so it did not take us long to adapt to it and its functions.
