Makesbridge vs. Piwik PRO

Makesbridge is great for email marketing and Salesforce integration. It is great for a startup or large company. Support is terrific. You can't go wrong with the service.

Piwik Pro Core is especially perfect for smaller businesses that want to have an alternative to Google's ecosystem. You can do a lot of the great stuff you can do with GA UA and GA4. But it still needs some tweaking. Especially for some bigger companies who have a lot of events, it would be great to have some smaller payment steps, as of right now it can be quite steep for some companies to pay the bill if you go above 500.000 events per month. Nevertheless, I believe this is one of the better options available when data ownership and privacy come to mind.

• Makesbridge had the highest reviews in customer service on the Salesforce app exchange. This was the major reason that I chose them. Some of the implementation was over my head, but this was not a problem since they were always available to help with any issues that came up.
• The team has even taken suggestions and implemented them quickly when I voiced a need for a particular Salesforce integration. Makesbridge has been a fantastic addition to my company.

• Manage all campaigns and increase large volumes of data.
• It has an excellent activity panel through which you can have complete visibility of each activity you carry out.
• It's great to track all interactions between users and track all conversions.

• I would like for users to be able to see campaigns and templates created by other non-admin users. I'd like the option as the sysadmin to select which parts of the application should be open to all users, and which I'd like to gate. (Permissions, if you will).
• Configuration of training materials. The content is great, I just have had difficulty locating the specific article that would be most relevant to the situation. I'd love step-by-step guides for campaign creation, etc.

• Filtering: ip ranges, hostnames, regex. These are a few things that aren't possible like we are used to.
• Tag Manager: not all tags/triggers are possible yet to what we are used to.
• Are more progressive payment model: more little steps to buy a plan.
• Custom dimensions: they weren't available but are now. But they aren't that user friendly yet as I'm used to.

Great product, exceptional support. I'm going to be honest and say that I was apprehensive that the Makesbridge team was actually as wonderful as the app exchange reviews claim...How often does that actually happen?! But now, I can honestly say that the glowing reviews are spot-on, and my only concern is that they do not do justice in describing the product, support and service Makesbridge provides.

I'm not an IT guru. The layout and workflows make sense, and I appreciate not having to involve a developer for every change I'd like to make.

Their tech support staff is the BEST I have worked with!

While their phone/chat support is outstanding, I wish there was more documentation and how-to information available online. There are many features that I have not used because I don't understand how to use them as well as I should

We had to contact the support several times in the beginning and they really took their time to explain the different functions in detail. So in terms of support I can definitely recommend Piwik PRO.

Makesbridge was easier to use and has a much better help desk. We were originally impressed with sales and then the technical side. At one point we handled e-mails with an internal program, what a headache, especially the list management.

Piwik Pro's support for multiple sites saved me a lot of time. To view reports from numerous client sites, I'll have to access a single dashboard. Its digest reports save time and are simple enough for non-technical executives to understand. It gives us access to information about individual users that Google doesn't allow us to see as a whole. It will allow users to express their desires more clearly. As a result, this one is significantly more useful compared to other tools.

• Good customer service and allows us to use our leads without much restriction.
• Price still considered quite high for a very small business like us.

• We have obtained a good impact both economically and in data integration.
• It has allowed us to collect and analyze all the data of our clients, and to create groups that allow us to divide potential clients and make personalized messages.
• We use the Enterprise plan because it provides us with the necessary tools and unlimited features.
