Meta Business Manager vs. SocialPilot

Meta Business Manger is well suited for large/medium and small organisations with single or multiple stake holders and products. It works very efficiently. Cases where app events are defined for android and iOS, it work wonders for campaign measurement and campaign level targeting. Meta Business Manager is very appropriate for running financial, educational, real estate, e-commerce related ads. Meta Business Manager is not appropriate if you have are into enterprise sales.

Content creators who want to be everywhere at once with limited time! Or those who really see the importance in a content calendar (I know for most it's important - for me, not so much)

• Helps drive more efficient CPCs and CPMs than other social channels
• Targets users outside of working hours
• Helps grow Retargeting pools to use on other channels
• Meta Business Manager's AI does a great job in identifying our ICP based off intent signals

• You have to look in multiple places for a full range of analytics
• The way it handles ad spend can be unpredictable, so if you're on a budget, you have to make sure you're really watching your ad spend
• For as much as Meta Business Manager pushes stories, reels, etc., the editing tools for this kind of content are limited or nonexistent.

The UI is easy and intuitive for any beginner, but it also has a lot of depth for more advanced users. There have been very few cases where I could not do something I wanted to do regarding media buying. However, there are big limitations regarding account management, admin settings, and user appeals.

Due to the huge advancements in AI now, while I still love SocialPilot and have no intention of leaving, I'm excited and hopeful that SocialPilot is working on more AI integrations to build up this platform as a better, well-rounded tool for creators. For example, Beacons is inspirational regarding the all-in-one tools (not the same, nor a competitor, but worth checking out).

Facebook is notoriously difficult to access for help and FBM is no exception. Only the chat feature will get someone in touch with you and then there is very limited help. The most they do is send links from their 'help section' without really offering much help at all. Business owners and directors need a person on the phone that can understand the problem and help fix it, not 'helpful links that have already been tried.

I've not had to use support

Facebook is a well-known platform that has to be utilized. It allows us to reach so many new customers and potential patients for our clients. As well as allows us to interact with them consistently and keep them informed or advertise to a new niche of people. The best part about Facebook Business Manager is its usability and reach!

• Pro: It gives me a central place to manage my Page.
• Pro: There are a lot of options to take advantage of, like Ads, available, which I hope to use more in the future.
• Pro: The pixel has allowed me to connect Facebook data with my website, and has been a good referral source.
• Con: There is so much I don't use because it is so complicated. I know I could get more use of it, but it's not going to happen anytime soon, and probably without help.
