Method[:CRM] is well suited when you have a large company that needs to keep track of customers. It also connects with Quickbooks and that has really been nice for our organization. Our company is small so this really helps us stay on track and build our data base of customers.Incentivized
This can be used for different industries, healthcare, IT, retail or any company with a customer service line, big or small. if i had to ask, i would say "Do you have any type of filing system that you use?" "anything where you are keeping track of personal/ business information." Do you need access to information on a day to day basis? If they do , then this can be used , especially if you need to keep track of the numbers; we like how we can see if are things going up or down.
The customization team is brilliant!The various integrations, QBO & Gmail, help me keep track of all customer interactions.The more organized I am, the more time I have to take care of my clients!I have nothing but praise for the support team and the rest of the crew at Method.Incentivized
Customization - we are able to make Nutshell make the most sense for our company and processesScheduling - the ability to set tasks allows us to never forget a follow-up call or emailTags - allow us to prioritize leads and segment our customers and potential customersCommunication - the ability to tag colleagues in notes for callbacks or updates to accounts is very helpful to keep everyone on the same pageEmail History - being able to blind copy all our email communication to Nutshell, allows us to have email threads and notes all in one placeIncentivized
I believe there is room for improvement with scaling down on the customizing (sometimes having too much isn't always a good thing)The estimate creator in Method is not as fluid as making an estimate in QB. (moving lines around, adding lines, etc.)Incentivized
SWOT analysis --- currently we put this in as custom fields but they don't link up at all and are hard to read/navigate. We also use the custom fields for other information we want to capture. It would be nice to build those in so they can show the info as bullet points or something --- currently paragraph form and hard to find things at a glance.Funnel could use some work. Only shows how many leads are currently in that part of the pipeline which doesn't give us a good historical comparison.Incentivized
The things Method does well - QuickBooks data integration and extreme customization - it does very, very well. If you are looking for a CRM product or any business process automation software that integrates with QuickBooks, you have to look at Method CRM
This is perfect for a small business / Home based business with SaaS. Nutshell constantly adds new features and the price is much better than more robust software like Salesforce.Incentivized
Method has a great overall "usability". Once we started using the software; it did not take long before we were able to start editing our own web lead forms, email templates, etc. I think there is a learning curve however the learning curve is not bad. Anyone looking for a cloud CRM should start here Incentivized

The support is great. They are on the line within minutes and share screen to figure out the problem immediately. I would highly recommend this product for that reason. I do wish the customization was a bit easier to use; however, with fewer settings that are available to the end user and an easier way to read the customization.
Nutshell's support team has always been great and they tend to go above and beyond. They are polite, friendly, personable and great listeners. They are also great about sending follow up emails too.Incentivized
Be available to learn! There is a huge learning curve to this program. You have to be willing to take it all in. Be available to the Method expert and be patient.
Implementation is difficult everytime but this was relatively simple due to the small amount of data we movedIncentivized
Method is by far the easiest of all platforms. It brings a lot of great features that Salesforce has as well as email campaign features like constant contact, all in one. The only thing I would add would be more reporting and custom report capability. Incentivized
Well, my team had trials for these others and they all prefer Nutshell for different reasons. I prefer it as I need a user-friendly software to help me out as I am not a big tech guy. I have heard others in the office say things like they like the way activities are scheduled better, or the way nothing ever gets accidentally erased if they hard crash or power goes out.Incentivized
Method:CRM has probably saved me about 6-10 hours per week over the past few years.It has likely saved our company several hundred hours in the last 10 years.It has specifically saved us countless hours with better data management vs. having separate spreadsheets for keeping track of things.Incentivized
Nutshell's mobility has provided significant ROI for me since we've started using the CRM. I've been able to provide immediate feedback to clients, schedule meetings from the field with confidence, and much more.Nutshell's tagging features have helped us craft custom mailing/email lists.
