The system is used to organize and structure all of our sales team's contacts, keep track of organizations we service and providers. We track activities, engagement and effectiveness of our efforts. It helps us to form strategies and map out visits, shift objectives if necessary, and prioritize quarterly and annual plans.

Unsatisfactory team experience there, lack of customization, days without a response, no cross-team communication, generally poor experience and subpar customer service, also self-serve, lack of team effort. Change attributes to their program regularly. I would steer clear. Learn what you're signing up for. Expensive for what it provides also. Discounts are unclear
