Overall Satisfaction with Nutshell CRM

Nutshell is used by each office as his/her CRM. It's great so there's a record (and report as needed) of contact with prospects and clients.

Pros

  • Ties in social media without my input
  • Easy reports
  • Great dashboard with simple filters

Cons

  • Email integration seems nice but hard to "undo".
  • Web search to find a contacts picture doesn't work.
  • I wish it had notifications via Chrome for me to do list and contact prospects.
  • Positive ROI due to low costs, easy access (via web and app)
  • For me, it's better than a spreadsheet (cheap) and no need for bells and whistles of Salesforce (expensive).
  • I can share data with peers easily.
My understanding is HubSpot CRM is cheap and strength is in marketing/blogs, etc. Nutshell CRM is easy to use and powerful tracking reports.
Nutshell CRM is great for a small office or self-employed business. I LOVE the blind carbon copy feature so I can see contact with Contacts. Pricing is very affordable.

Using Nutshell CRM

6 - Each Consultant manages his/her leads, contact, etc. There is also an admin who assists with report, imports, etc
2 - Our general manager supports and one "power user" however we reach out to Nutshell directly as needed

This is perfect for a small business / Home based business with SaaS. Nutshell constantly adds new features and the price is much better than more robust software like Salesforce.

We evaluated multiple SaaS options, this one was easy to use
I would have evaluated customer service however I found this very good with Nutshell. Also, I would check how often they go down.

Nutshell Implementation

Implementation is difficult everytime but this was relatively simple due to the small amount of data we moved

There was only one situation / issue they were not able to resolve. Staff are very friendly and responsive.
