Use it for automating the training of your Sales department, organizing of sales pitches, sharing the information with the Marketing team. Would recommend it for a Sales team of 10+ people where majority of business comes from cold emails/calling/DMs/Inmails. Then it is worth investing in a Sales automation tool.

  • MindTickle should allow users to bookmark key videos and if this feature is already implemented, it should have a better way of finding how to be able to select this function.
  • Some answers in MindTickle are duplicates. While this is probably an error on the setup team, being able to put the exact same response should not be allowed.

  • Support times are iffy. We've had slower replies and resolutions to issues since they acquired Sigstr and now support both products.
  • Display advertising generally has low ROI, in part due to "banner blindness". If you're not continuously developing engaging creatives, you're going to see very little return with this platform.
  • Their UI needs serious work. Some options are locked after you move to the next screen in their campaign wizard (nothing should ever be locked in draft) and unless they've recently changed it, you can't delete dead draft campaigns - just archive them.
  • There are a few serious discrepancies in the analytics when it comes to identifying which end companies have people who have viewed your ads (i.e. Microsoft has huge numbers because Azure is their product).

Terminus is a turn-key partner in the B2B Account-Based Marketing space. Their model is flexible and efficient which in turn provides effective results. Their sales staff is great and never tries to up-sell, but rather coach and educate our teams to be better at our jobs. It has been great to collaborate

I guess it would be great. I have not needed to utilize the customer support team since I have been using the MindTickle platform. I would say that a good thing. But on the flip side, I am just one user. I would imagine people who are actually putting in the content deal with customer support more regularly for any issues on how the product is operating.

When compared to Highspot, I found Mindtickle to be much easier to navigate. The UI is way cleaner and intuitve. The capabilties are relatviely the same. Overall I certaily prefer Mindtickle. The one thing I will give to Highspot is that their analytic capabilities (especially in the library) are more robust.

Drift has banners available in their email tool, furthermore, we are able to mimic a Sigstr banner in HubSpot when we build emails by placing the banner image with a link in the bottom of an email, it's just a more manual process. I can't recommend any other solution over Sigstr, they own what they do and don't try to reach in their product marketing and I respect their product for that.

  • I'm not in a position to know the specifics, but I will guess the three biggest impacts. One positive has been that MindTickle has kept us sales reps up to date and able to talk about all of the products. I'm sure that these trainings have led to better pipeline numbers.
  • MindTickle has had a positive impact on diversity and cultural training as well, as more people are learning and open to learn.
