monday marketer is a great tool for managing everything from the idea stage, to the production of content, to organizing goals and campaigns, all the way to collaborating and sharing with stakeholders and leadership. We used to work on multiple tabs in a worksheet, and monday.com changed the game. We're more organized than ever, and we can easily share what works/what doesn't with other team members around the globe!
Some key questions would include how many users need to view the reviews, what functionality is given to the various users and how often the reviews need to be delivered. Those were important options for us in choosing this platform. Knowing we could customize the reports for each user was a nice feature.
Review Trackers has a great support team! Any questions or concerns I had were answered promptly and handled quickly!
Review Trackers makes requesting reviews more professional with their customized templates. They also make it easy to direct patients to whichever particular review sites we'd like them to review on.
Review Trackers has made monitoring our online traffic and reviews much easier. The dashboard is very user friendly and easy to navigate.
Review Trackers is great with their email notifications. I love getting to work and seeing that a new review has been left!
Notifications are not consolidated. So if a teammate makes a new board and assigns me to a bunch of items, I get an individual notification of every single one
I like sub-items, but they aren’t always necessary so making them unremovable isn’t great
I wish reviews came in immediately. I know there are technical challenges for doing this, but it would allow my team to respond to customers immediately rather than sometimes having to wait until the next day.
I'd like to be able to manage users through locations, meaning I want to open a location in the dashboard and manage users from there rather than managing locations from the user management section. This would make it a little easier to make sure that the right users have been assigned to the right locations.
Audits of review site URLs set for my locations should be automated. I have to go in every so often to make sure everything is still accurate. If accurate URLs are not set reviews will not be pulled.
No complaints. For a great price, we get exactly what we need out of it. Templates for review requests, as well as the ability to monitor the requests coming in and what our patients are saying about our services. It also gives the patients easy access to a direct link to review sites.
It is an easy platform to learn for new members joining the team. The useability of monday.com makes it easier to onboard stakeholders and team members, to make project management easier for everyone. Automation also makes common tasks easier by eliminating the need to focus on doing repetitive things over and over and over again.
It was super easy to access the dashboard and view everything that was going on. I also love the review request template ... it's great at the end of the week starting to see reviews come in.
Honestly, I haven't called monday's support, because, the few times that some help was needed, the area coordinator is in charge of looking for solutions. But, if I have a reference from her, praising the support received, because in a few minutes or at most hours, everything is normal. It's amazing how fast and effective they are.
They are always there when I need them, and there has never been an issue with the support team. They are prompt with their responses and always very polite and eager to help me out. I also frequently have them asking me if there is anything additional they can do, which I greatly appreciate
Monday marketer allows a much greater level of detail and functionality than Trello. You are able to automate tasks, create dashboards, have different workspaces, sync with Google Calendar, and much more. You can do far more using monday marketer than I have ever experienced with another project management tool. Basecamp is a good tool for communicating with clients, but monday marketer is much better for internal project management.
We did some internet searches for a product like this and we found that review trackers had what we were looking for. I was able to call the day I decided to move forward with the product and arrange for a demo. I signed up the same day and am very satisfied with the outcome.
It has saved our team a lot of time. It allows our Creatives to quickly see what projects should be on their priority list, as well as where the other elements of each project are at.
The update feature allows our team to have focused communication regarding different tasks. It's easy to tag in team members and ask questions, provide links to finished assets, etc.
Before I joined the team, they were debating whether this software was the right choice and thinking about switching. When I joined the team, I really owned monday.com and got to learn the software. I figured out ways to make my team's boards more efficient and useful, which has in turn greatly increased the employee adoption of this software. There are now best practices and processes in place regarding this platform which has made it easier for everyone - we all want to keep monday.com now!
ReviewTrackers has met each expectation we have set with ease. We've been able to maintain a more visible presence in the public review space, showing our past and potential guests we are engaged and take their feedback seriously.
We are able to set goals for our properties to try and receive a higher score year over year for specific platforms and this wouldn't be possible without ReviewTrackers ability to have the entirety of each property's historical data.
