Oncontact CRM (discontinued) vs. Pipeliner CRM

Oncontact is an excellent software/service, and it covers a tremendous breadth of usage scenarios. The customization means that customers can adapt it as they see fit. About the only place where I don't see it as a great fit is in minimal implementations. A lot is going on, and using it for small tasks isn't the best use of the software.

Pipeliner CRM is very flexible, easy to work with, data capturing is at [its] best, its integration to other major software’s and it aids in the monitoring of the core work process. • The product development team at Pipeliner CRM always seems to be a step or two ahead of what I'm experiencing. Therefore they've already addressed improvements I could have suggested. They are really in touch with their users and overall user experience.

The company has been using Oncontact for some time now. Many of the business processes require the use of a CRM software package. It helps solve some pretty serious problems, and overall the cost is very justified. Also, the developer is very good at keeping it up to date and introducing new functionality.

Currently the company is using the Pipeliner CRM because we believe it is a tool that puts the customer as the main focus of business processes in order to understand and anticipate their needs, and then serve them in the best way.

I gave that rating level because it reflects both my satisfaction and expectations about PipelinerCRM.Plus, the adoption rate of this software. I mean the usability rate is very low. It just takes, for learning, a couple of hours less than three days roughly. Return on time investment is low also.

The support from Pipeliner CRM is superb; they have instant customer support and they are on time. They also give enough knowledge of sales and other material for the knowledge. They also have AI in the support by talking with customer support directly from the web or app and so on.

• Oncontact provided many, but not all of the features of Salesforce.com. However, the complexity and cost involved in Salesforce.com was an overriding factor for us to use Oncontact. Not just the initial and licensing fee, but it seemed that just about everything we wanted to do involved consultants or more work or licensing. Oncontact was easier to implement out of the box, even when we did need to make customizations.
• We looked at Microsoft 365 Business, and while it was comparable in price for the initial cost, the integration with our other software systems was not built-in, so we did not pursue it very much.

With its uniform navigation and visual approach, users can learn the system quickly. Users can easily customize what they see to make the system their own. Best user interface & fast to learn.

• As a VisualCRM tool, our clients sales teams seem to accelerate their deal closes.
• The visual tools allow those "no good deals" to be spotted and resource usage limited.
• A great tool to manage those "pipelines" within the company. A pipe is really a series of actions that constitute a planned result.
