PandaDoc is easier to use and creates more professional documents than the other platforms we've evaluated. It also has very handy features such as reminder emails, suggestions, templates that we found were more robust than other platforms. The pricing was also competitive and …
Chose PandaDoc
PandaDoc has simplified the entire process. we chose them for the integration of HubSpot, since that is our primary way of storing all of our leads

Chose PandaDoc
DocuSign was not as easy to use, but it has been a long time. My colleagues and I were happy to be using PandaDoc once we got used to it. This transition took place rather quickly. It really is an "ease to use" type of software.
Chose PandaDoc
PandaDoc is way easier to use than any other document system that I’ve experienced. The value proposition is definitely better than competitors, both the desktop and mobile user experience is significantly better, the functionality is much more intuitive, and the product is …
Chose PandaDoc
This is so much simpler and has really pushed our prospects to sign same day, if not actually on a call. We're talking contracts 25k and above. So I am fully invested in using PandaDocs for as long as we can, hopefully that will be forever if the product can keep up with our …

Chose PandaDoc
PandaDocs is every bit as effective a tool as DocuSign. I do not compare pricing plans to evaluate there but if PandaDocs is less expensive, I would for sure recommend it
Chose PandaDoc
Excellent to to save money and easy to deploy even by SSO where the user will be have the application ready to use, no matter where, no matter at what time, it just simple always ready to use or always ready to sign, on a very secure site tracking the documents.
Chose PandaDoc
Easier to use. Cheaper. Faster. Less stiff.

Chose PandaDoc
It's no contest. PandaDoc is way easier to create docs, manage workflows, embed CRM elements, and produce a high quality modern output that clients are impressed by.
Chose PandaDoc
Docu sign is expensive and doesn't offer the same amount of freedom with their free plans.

I use Panda only when necessary so I don't need to sing on to a plan that costs money.
Chose PandaDoc
PandaDoc stacks up above and beyond. It's replaced having to create a document in Word, save it to PDF, and then upload it for signature in an e-sign tool. I can create my documents in the editor. Present proposals in presentation mode instead of powerpoint and send directly …
Chose PandaDoc
While they are similar, with PandaDoc you get more for your money and the fact that you can use CRM's with PandaDoc makes it better. I've only used DocuSign to sign documents. Sending quotes from PandaDoc has been a good experience and customer support is great. Having a …

I have personally never used any other products like panda docs but i can comfirm that i will never change
Chose PandaDoc
We selected PandDoc initially for the cost savings and grew very happy with it after using for several months.
Chose PandaDoc
Panda is fresher with better API integration into HubSpot. More flexibility and owning the closing process while reducing time to close and increasing efficiency is all things that Oabda Doc brought us.

PandaDoc
PandaDoc is well suited for companies that send proposals and terms and conditions to customers for collection of digital signatures. It really helps that you can templatize your documents and have collaborators help you finish the document for you. The dashboard is also a game changer as it gives you one place to view all your active documents and the status of them. You can even use this to collect payments as it integrates with software like QBO.

The reason I gave it a rating of 7 is because it's probable, but not for sure. This is because there are a few little things we don't love about pandadoc. Mostly that there is not conditional logic such as: they must either fill this field out OR this one. Also it's a little pricey. But we'll probably stay because it's good enough and a pain to switch to something new

Usability
PandaDoc
Once you get the hang of it, it's very easy to use. There can be a slightly steep learning curve to get fully in on the system. The new editor v2 has really improved usability and allows us to collaborate on documents simultaneously. Once the templates and library items are set up, a new document, whether it be a sales or HR document, takes very little time to complete.

Performance
PandaDoc
The documents load quickly for the most part but sometimes if there are larger documents with a high number of variables it could take a bit longer to get the document to show up. Most of the time the document comes on the screen relatively quickly allowing for quick access to documents to be edited and sent out.

Support Rating
PandaDoc
Recently I could not upload a pdf to a contract - support was very responsive and easy to work with. They got back to me the next day with an apparent fix - however when I opened the document nothing had changed. I then could not respond to the rep who was helping me because it was a "no-reply address", the problem still has not been solved and we had to make alternate arrangements to get this to the client. Never had it happen before and was only with this one contract.

Return on Investment
PandaDoc
  • Time saved creating documents. Not copying that answer. I've said that several times in this review already
  • IDK about increasing close rate, but customers certainly aren't afraid to click on a PandaDoc link or attachment
  • Only miniscule, miniscule negative is that it isn't always instant
