Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
We use PandaDoc in our Sales, Legal (for customer-facing legal matters), HR, and Operations.
PandaDoc makes it possible to control the possible content of contracts and makes it easy for the sales team to produce proposals that have a look and feel of tailored unique quotes for our clients, even though they are in fact 90% pre-made templates.

- Editing library items should affect the templates using them, so we could edit multible templates at once.
- We nove have 100% control over all business relations. Nothing happens without a contract
- Before Pandadoc sales reps had a tendency to make agreements on email, making them prone to human error and hard to follow up on individual agreements.
- We save a ton of time
- We have an approver flow that ensures that no contract goes out to prospects without the proper internal sign-off.
Apart from the mobile access, we have not yet implemented these features
- With workspaces, we're able to handle legal and HR paperwork from the same system.
PandaDoc Experience
We just enrolled the HR and the Operations parts of our company in PandaDoc, and have thus almost completed the migration of all eSign functions to PandaDoc from another system.
With PandaDoc in HR, we now have an air-tight review flow for documents, making sure that the right people review contracts internally before they're sent to candidates.
The Template engine and the content library items make it very easy to add preapproved texts and addition to a contract, saving the HR department valuable time not having to go back and forth with the legal team to create an employment contract the might go outside of the usual templates.
All in all, PandaDoc in our HR department saves time and minimizes the risk for errors to almost zero.

Yes - We have migrated from Eversign to PandaDoc.
With Eversign we were not able to control the contents of the documents and would rely on documents created in other platforms and then uploaded for signature as PDFs or similar.

No. To be honest we have not had the need for that much support. The platform is very easy to use and pretty stable.
We had a document that was deleted by accident and was due the day after.
The PandaDoc support team managed to restore the document even though it was late in the evening in their time zone, and we were able to send out the document on time.

- Reviewers can not be managed centrally, This gives challenges when a manager stops with the company since all documents created prior, will have this manager in the approval flow hard coded in the document.
Yes - Works great and makes it possible to approve documents on the go, thus removing bottlenecks.
