PeopleStrong vs. RecruitBPM

As we are all working online, and sometimes employees have to be on fieldwork PeopleStrong have the option of location-based check-in which makes it very convenient to ensure work is happening. Every document has to be verified and passed on in the software hence assuring no forgery is happening. As a user, I am able to set goals and achieve them, view my employment history definitely gives a sense of self-achievement too. The constant reminders ensure all assigned tasks are met and completed. I do not see any inappropriate instance, as this has been anything but very useful for our organization

RecruitBPM is ideal to increase the speed to hire when hiring at volume due to built-in automation. Additionally, we needed remote/video interviews and we do not want to pay for video interviews since RecruitBPM has built-in video interviewing.

Easy of you and fast learning experience. Usability and a minimal number of clicks were one of the key factors for us. Having built-in workflows, custom user access, and automation was a deal maker for us.

More hands-on approach and they provided us unlimited 1:1 online training whenever asked. I do not like vendors who offer you only a few free sessions. where they got our attention the most was when they were able to customize their product to our unique needs for certain areas like agency resumes, certification tracking, and expense management.

This has been the cheapest option compared to others and it has a lot of modules to choose as options. I am not on the decision-making committee to choose the app as a user PeopleStrong had made the people strong. As a growing organization with multiple users around the world, the need to have an app that has smooth working on the phone is a major reason to switch to PeopleStrong

We've used cBiz (and a few of the big time platforms) in the past, but we haven't found anything that compares on the cost-benefit side of things. There really is minimal cost with RecruitBPM, and it does everything that we need it to do

• training needed for most staff to use app, as its UI is hard
