We actually also use Todoist along side projects place. We use Projectplace for managing projects and long term goals, and we use Todoist for daily and smaller tasks. Todoist doesn't have an easy way for managing the larger projects and that is why we use Projectplace for this. …
I have used Todoist, Trello and Smartsheet. I prefer Todoist as it is very easy to use, and the same features are available on mobile app, Chrome, desktop app, and also the Outlook side bar is a great feature.
