Qulture.Rocks vs. Reviewsnap

In general, the information is very specific and very helpful. How, performance evaluations, sending and receiving [feedback,] personal development plans, and goal management. However, it leaves something to be desired in the synchronization of these activities and in the automatic sending of information to all employees in a practical way.

Quick adaption came from the ease of use and that is why I would recommend it. If you need more robust cascading goal capabilities you might have to work at it

• Periodic feedbacks, where you can talk about your feelings, week after week.
• Recognizing others is easy and fun. You can be answered by the means of comments and likes, like social media.
• You can [establish] company strategies inside the platform as well.

• Trigger automatic reminders for review completion.
• Organize feedback in specific areas of focus.
• Quickly view team members that are due for review. Great UX.

• It would be great to have an inner messenger on the platform.
• Sometimes the calendar does not synchronize, so it would be interesting to see that functionality further developed.
• Perhaps it could be beneficial to have some tool that would provide weekly insights.

• Although the old interface was easy, it still can become convoluted at times if an employee has multiple managers. They need to make it easier to for employees who have a manager and a top level manager that need to also see the review.
• Reviewsnap's old UI does not allow for employees who have 2 same-level managers. This is an oversight that needs to be addressed.

I didn't make any use related to Qulture.Rocks, I just use this product, I recently evaluated the usability of Playvox, as well as Qulture.Rocks is used in the organization where I work serving our users. These tools greatly assist in individual performance, so that we can achieve quality in our service.

Reviewsnap has been comparable to most the systems I've used in the past. I wouldn't say that one of the systems I've used and mentioned above sticks out far above or below the others.

• It is important to know that you are doing a great job. In this website, it is possible to share this experience with others peers.
• When people are happy, they do better work. The possibility to assess satisfaction at the company by Qulture.Rocks facilitates our leader to address situations to improve.
• The strategies are set as goal for our company. On this website, employee can follow the growth and achievements to these strategies.

• Overall, we have enjoyed Reviewsnap as it gave us all the functionality and ease at a very reasonable cost. That will be abruptly disrupted on December 31, 2018. We will be forced to make a change.
