great for recurring meetings on a weekly basis when we don't have to schedule it every week - automatic feature is great. ALso like how it describves the different features each room has with photo. Filters for choosing words is great too as we can see what tech is available in each room
It is really well suited for managing either desks and meeting rooms, or resources. It was really important for us that equipment could be included as bookable items because we can then track who has them - where and when. The self-service nature of bookings allows everyone to manage their own time.
I don't like that you can't reserve a room with only one participant. Sometimes we require the room to make a remote call/meeting and it's only one participant, so that should be taken into account.
Only one account can be setup as the overall owner of the system with control to adjust key settings. It would be good if more than one owner could be assigned to spread out the workload, without the need to for a shared account.
Very easy to use, I have it pinned on my Chrome bar, it remembers you, so you can just log straight in, book and all is done! It is perfect. The text is perfect, the colours are great, it is easy to read, flows nicely and you can book instantly
It's easier to preview the room availability and co-coordinate between users from different organizations. It synchronises with tablets in each room allowing to confirm, schedule or cancel the meeting directly from the meeting room. Also allows to add multiple users and manage them from organisation level of different companies. Totally recommend.
Skedda is much more comprehensive than these products and has infinitely more controls and options than Survey Monkey or Google Surveys. It would be difficult to implement either platform for the scale of reservations and scheduling we are currently using Skedda for and would make saving user information much more time-consuming for the staff of our organization.
we have been able to increase the amount of people using the spaces - from 20 companies a week, to up to 30 because we gave people the power to book
employees don't have to keep checking emails from people asking about availability - users can just see this for themselves so this saved us a lot of time and workload
