SI will often include personal email addresses as well as direct line or mobile phone numbers. The platform also provides information and other pertinent press releases and updates. Such as, new funding, potential mergers, and other relevant company announcements

ZoomInfo is great for building a database, finding email addresses, and seeing back-end organizational charts to understand the company structure better. It is appropriate if you have a difficult time finding the proper contacts to reach out to. It saves time and gives great insight into how a company operates. It is not ideal for companies that don't do frequent outreach or has a clear methodology for finding prospects.

- I like the ability to be very granular in my search for information to expand my pipeline.
- The platform is easy to use and exporting lists is by far one of the best features for how I currently use it.
- It integrates well with several CRM platform and there are some options for exporting and downloading lists.

- Buying Signals: For me, the ability to create custom alerts and reminders on signals which signify a buyer's intent was nothing less than magical. A typical one I've often used is for building a customer advocacy community - all our ex-customers who've recently switched to new companies and can now act as advocates for our product in their new companies.
- Database Building / Enrichment: ZoomInfo is far superior to its competitors when it comes to having a rich repository of accounts and contacts. Almost every industry is covered. The richness of information available in terms of different variables like personas, email, phone, tech stack, crm, etc. has been super helpful in building up a high-quality database for our campaigns.
- Workflow Management: This is a new feature from Zoominfo which is directed toward creating intelligent action-oriented workflows and making them automated. For example - if you want to take a particular action "A" like "Importing contacts" - on a particular intelligence captured "B" like "whenever a C level person in my top 100 accounts switch companies". This is something I'm looking forward to explore more, really soon.

- I have found contact information that was inaccurate. Since the information is human verified, there should be some type of on-going audit to catch those.
- It would be nice to have some type of rating system along with the human verified options for the information. Perhaps a 5 star rating that aligns with how recent the info has been verified.
- it would be nice to have the option to upload my current CRM list for SalesIntel to verify my list is accurate.

With the combined resources of crowdsorced info on both data.com as well as the immediacy of info on LinkedIn, as well as intel on Hoovers, information provided on ZoomInfo is more readily available if you have the time to invest in looking for it. However, at the pace we do business, having a "one stop shop" for information is very convenient. On efficiency alone, ZoomInfo is worth the price of subscription considering our business model.

The SalesIntel interface is much more cleaner and easier (at least for me) to navigate. Sometimes too much on-screen information can seem overwhelming. And not to mention, the multiple times a search is returned with 0 results, is beyond frustrating. Sometimes some of the bigger or more known companies' reps can have a little bit of an ego and are less than humble, which can be a turn off for perspective buyers.

Compared to LeadIQ, ZoomInfo is far more advanced and helpful for our team. LeadIQ does not allow for the same level of efficiency when bulk exporting leads or integrating into Chrome. Relative to sales navigator, we found that LinkedIn provides almost no contact info on leads other than InMail. With the ZoomInfo Chrome integration, we can bulk export contact info from lead lists which is incredibly helpful and has literally revolutionized our lead gen process.

- The ROI is impacted by the intangibles of using the platform. As our team goes through the learning curve, we establish better collaboration skills and celebrate the 'aha' moments. SalesIntel is feature rich and we've just scratched the surface.
- One of the coolest added features is the ability to request information on demand. Once I've established a company qualifies for what we offer, even if I cannot locate human verified contact information for DM's, I can request info for the specific titles that I need to speak with about our solution.
