SalesPanda vs. Wingman (legacy product)

SalesPanda is great. It's a multifaceted user-friendly platform to find your target market, determine interest, and help drive your market. I've reviewed a LOT of software on this same platform and while I can sing the praises of this all day, it's not much different from the other software that's already readily available. I will say this is great for a mid-size agency, as there's no option to purchase separate components separately, and that can be a bit pricey.

Wingman would be well suited for any organisation with more than 5+ reps in their sales team. Recording all the demo calls will create a playbook which will help the reps learn from each other and also to ramp up new reps with how to conduct the demo and discovery calls

• They offer a free trial – I know this sounds pretty basic, but not all software offers that. Especially in a market saturated with marketing campaign software, this is a HUGE plus.
• SalesPanda offers training through online webinars – there isn't a need to go searching around on YouTube if you don't understand something. Additional plus!
• Their customer support is top-notch. If we ever ran into an issue, we were never on hold for longer than a couple of minutes. Excellent attention to customer care.

• Filtering calls by keywords - saves you time so that you don't have to listen to entire calls.
• Creating game tapes - so that you can easily onboard new team members.
• Great support team (love for Sushma).
• Much cheaper than competitors.

• We didn't like that SalesPanda came as an entire package (which can be pricey). It would be nice if you could purchase different parts of it separately.
• There's no A/B testing. This is something others offer that SalesPanda doesn't.
• While customer service is great, their business hours are a little wonky. I'd prefer to have 24/7 customer care rather than 8-5.

• Searching for specific calls (you can scroll through the list, but that takes time)
• The dashboard isn't as user friendly as it could be, but a seasoned user can navigate it just fine
• The AI-driven insights aren't always accurate but are still very useful nonetheless

I think Wingman is one of the best software in their segment. Very few companies are cost-effective and offer similar solutions.

Super user friendly tool! There are some features that I think might be improved over time, like navigation assistance or tutorials, and quick tips, like how to ensure calls always get recorded, how to add Wingman to calls last-minute, or how to use their playlist feature Game Tapes, but those are nice to haves, not need to haves.

Wingman is always quick and thorough with their support and often offer to proactively connect on Zoom. I love that.

Zoho Campaigns is super affordable, but very basic with what you get. SalesPanda is similar, and while that may be appealing to a smaller company, I would say take the leap and spend the extra money. SalesPanda isn't perfect, but it's the best bang for your proverbial buck. Our clients have been very happy with the results.

Gong is expensive but it has a lot better AI/Intelligence feature compared to Wingman. Wingman definitely does the job, is cheap, and also support is pretty amazing and I personally like Shruti a lot in terms of what she is doing in this space. Also, Wingman is in an Indian company.

• SalesPanda has given us a stable platform to advertise our clients' strengths through its easy-to-use content marketing tool
• They have templates that allow you to market initiatives to help boost productivity (by saving time). Definitely a plus.
• SalesPanda focuses on content and generating leads...we use it to post our clients content to blogs, case studies, etc. Very nice!

• Training of new Sales representatives has gone from 1 month to 2 weeks using Wingman as part of the training tools.
• The transcripts have also helped us to decrease the number of disputes "Lost" on Stripe, by providing evidence needed to win the case.
