Overall Satisfaction with Wingman

First and foremost Wingman automatically recording all phone calls and meetings is invaluable to my company's sales organization for a number of reasons: It keeps everyone accountable and it allows managers to provide in-depth coaching - we've implemented call review as an integral part of our 1 on 1 processes, thanks to Wingman. It also allows us to watch fellow salespeople's calls to learn from them (this is encouraged within my organization) The AI-driven insights allow a user to see what was discussed in a call without actually watching it. I would highly recommend this solution to any company with customer-facing reps. The Wingman team has been phenomenal to work with, they're very receptive to feedback and are extremely proactive should any issues come up.
  • Syncing with calendars to ensure the Wingman "bot" always joins meetings
  • Integration with our phone system to record outbound and inbound calls with the ability to automatically attribute calls to the correct rep
  • AI generated transcripts of calls
  • Searching for specific calls (you can scroll through the list, but that takes time)
  • The dashboard isn't as user friendly as it could be, but a seasoned user can navigate it just fine
  • The AI-driven insights aren't always accurate but are still very useful nonetheless
  • Simplified coaching of reps new and old
  • Everyone is automatically held accountable, which is better for customers
  • The ability to monitor whether established procedures are being followed

It works exceedingly well when reviewing calls with management and other internal stakeholders. You never need to remember to record calls, with Wingman they're always recorded. It's sometimes tricky finding a recording from more than a few days ago (due to the sheer volume of calls to sift through).
