Overall Satisfaction with Wingman

WIngman has been a great addition to our fully remote team. It has made onboarding much easier with the ability to create libraries of good calls for new employees to listen to, comment and score. We use it for coaching moments throughout the call for continuous upskilling. I can't imagine doing half of the sales training we perform without Wingman. It has been so effective we have even gotten our other departments using Wingman and they love it as well.

  • The scorecards are new and great but could use a little more customization.
  • Could be better at recording non Zoom based calls.
  • Quicker ramp time.
  • Faster and more effective new strategy implementation.
  • Better note taking for more effective follow up.
I have used Gong and ExecVision, I would say that those are on opposite ends of the spectrum of offering a full suite of call recording, coaching, and AI. Wingman is much more comparable to Gong and was so easy to onboard, integrate, and get up and running for our team's needs. As the only person managing Wingman and setting up, its tools for use, I think it's the perfect solution for our team as the cost is much more reasonable per seat and because we wouldn't have the capacity to use the extra features of Gong, it's everything we need.

As a former user of Gong, Wingman has been an excellent solution for my growing team as we have limited capacity to implement all the features that Gong/Chorus offers. Wingman has provided me with everything I need and nothing I don't to create a successful call coaching environment, enable my team with better resources, be easy to use, create a bank of calls for every need, and more.

No, the support we receive already is AMAZING
Yes - Yes, we were adding a beta feature for their product and it wasn't syncing properly but that same day it was fixed for the entire team. So easy.
We recently switched from Outlook to Google and had to get A LOT of help with resyncing calendars and how Wingman joins our meetings. They went above and beyond in their help, meeting with reps individually and highlighting other areas not yet identified that should be updated. They always are willing to get on a Zoom to solve issues faster.
