Smartsupp vs. SugarSync

Smartsupp is good for every ecommerce with need to answer questions of clients and comunicate with them. A lot of convesations can be automated, so I need less people to do the same work

When doing daily jobs, if you’re sharing large files, I think Dropbox works a lot better but if you have a system where you’re working within that system and you want to be able to work with that system and have certain folders that you have access to all the time then SugarSync might be just the ticket.

• Ability for multi-platform login between Android, Apple IOS, and Windows
• Much less buggy than our previous Chat provider
• Ability to see Live and Offline visitors

• Sync files in any folder - rather than forcing you to store them in a certain place (Although this can be confusing too)
• Works in the background - although this is true for all
• You can share with others - including those who do not use SugarSync

• I wish we would be able to check ip adresses so we can link the chats so companies before they fill out a contact form

• Can only think of one thing. I have helped others to get going with SugarSync and they if they have problems it is understanding the cloud.... So maybe (if it dosen't exist already) I would like to have a animation of the proces with "flying" folders between desktops, clouds etc. Otherwise SugarSync is just great.

1. Freemium model is the ideal marketing for an app like this. 2. Now their sync methods with Android are worse

Customer response has been much better.In the past, the conversion rate for our services has been very low, probably due to poor UI/UX.But considering that we were still getting a certain number of conversions, we believe that the demand from users was very strong.With the addition of the chat function, we now have a point of contact with customers who had not converted.

Customer service is amazing, they are always fast to respond and very helpful.

All the features found in other programs in Smartsupp are brought together. In addition, the price offer is attractive, and the multitude of selection of options and possible add-ons is very large and tailored to different thresholds, so everyone should choose an offer perfectly suited to their needs. I haven't had the need to use support, so it's hard for me to judge, but the very fact that I haven't had to do so probably speaks well for it.

SugarSync, like all solutions, has its place in the data storage stack within a company. The main reason SugarSync is better than the other solutions is that it enables me to leave my hard drive organized and keep my existing file trees. I don't have to constantly move or copy files to a specific folder if I want them backed up.

• It has a very positive impact. I need less workers to do the same job.
• A lot of communication can be automated - especially answers for simple questions.

• There were some opensource alternatives but we wanted something with better support which SugarSync offers.
• We achieved faster project collaboration with SugarSync.
