Teamspective also provide other consulting services to help users make the most of survey results as well as to develop the organization and feedback culture.
I believe the scenarios we used it for were quite well covered, from the executive perspective. The downtime alarms worked very well and were easy to setup, uptime monitoring tools were clear and easy to use, even for non-technical people (C-level) and the SLA management tools allowed us to spend less time, and have less friction, with our clients

I have also recommended Teamspective many times! I think it's the best choice for a modern organisation who wants to support its people to take responsibility for their learning & development and not just passively wait for managers to do that. Teamspective integrates very well with Slack, so I recommend it to everyone who wants to have the feedback tool as a part of their other tools that are already used daily by the employees.

In-depth analytics based not only on direct question to answer, but the broad analytics database in background that links the questions to scientifically studied relations to broader analytics. As an example the importance of feedback and its correlation to motivation and wellbeing

Customer support and customer relationship management by the whole Teamspective team from Founders to developers
The PagerDuty integration could be a lot better. When you use the PagerDuty integration, it doesn't send any information about which check failed! It just sends a message like "Timeout (> 30s)" -- this isn't very helpful when we have hundreds of checks. We've worked around this by using both the PagerDuty and Slack integrations and having them both post to the same Slack channel. But this means that when an engineer is paged from PagerDuty, they have to go to Slack (or Pingdom) to find the details about the page; it's not available on the page itself.

Recently added features have made Pingdom less intuitive for our requirements. While Pingdom has a broad offering and remains a good value, it is becoming more than we need. Our customer base is becoming more and more global and Pingdom still lacks Asia-Pacific monitoring, which we will need within a year.
tool has been shown to be exactly what we have wished for and the constant collaboration and development together with Teamspective and other customer community supports that we should and we are continuing the collaboration with them in the future as well
Pingdom is easy to use, very intuitive and has a very short learning curve. From the onset, we've been able to jump in and leverage the tool to accomplish our goals for page speed performance and discover the insights we need to make improvements. Its a well-designed tool and makes for a good user experience.

Teamspecitve does not need heavy support organisation and tool it self is very self guiding. We have only 2 main administrators for the tool and the need from these perosons is very minimal. Tool provides easy to use interface and one glance reports from team to company level in one page. Our survey reponse rates in whole company levels are constantly around 85-90%, so it gives good analytics on the current status in multiple areas.
Support responded the same day to my query, as I was setting the product up but couldn't find the setting I needed. This was successfully resolved in a short time frame, so I was pleased with how quickly we were able to get this resolved. I haven't needed to contact support since.

Teamspective answers quickly and really puts an effort to fix a problem. There have been several requests for the product to support our use cases that Teamspective has made true.
Involve key users from day one as in any implementation project. Describe the need, benefit and use cases for easier implementation. Communicate actively
PRTG Network Monitor was a far more complicated tool to use and set up albeit it does both Internal and External monitoring. The setup wasn't intuitive and there are too many configuration options to complete to form an alert
Amazon CloudWatch is specific to AWS resources and cannot be easily use outside of the AWS Ecosystem

We did a wide comparison and ended up using Teamspective as we felt that they are offering exactly those features we needed but nothing "extra," meaning we only pay for the things we need. Also, Teamspective seemed simple enough, and on the other hand, we appreciated their strong investments in developing the product based on customer feedback. The biggest differentiator to the average feedback tools is that Teamspective is not manager-led, so employees will become masters of their own development.
Honestly, we have 4 other products that overlap this functionality whose organizations provide far superior support. At this point it is an unnecessary expense.
In my opinion, their lack of support responsiveness and commitment has impacted our IT agility.
Teamspective has helped in building our feedback culture, which is often mentioned by our employees as one of the positive things in the company.
Teamspective helps our people give professional-level feedback independently, effectively, and respectfully. Feedback skills are important for any professional today.
