Vantage Circle vs. Workhuman

I think Vantage Circle is a great idea and would recommend all the organizations to use it to motivate and reward their employees. As of now I don't see any scenario which is less appropriate. This initiative definitely works well for larger companies and gives good flexibility to the managers to reward their teams.

It is definitely very well suited for cases like how my company uses it (which is a platform to celebrate colleagues and peers within the company, public or privately—depending on your choice). It feels good to write a review on someone I care about and want to celebrate. Maybe it would be less appropriate if the reviews were to be mandatorily public, but I don't know if that even exists.

• There are 100+ options to choose from. Very wide range of options - catering to a wide spectrum of people from all walks of life, age, taste, and background with diverse options.
• I never ever faced any issue- not even once, at the time of redemption & it was a smooth, seamless, wonderful & pleasant experience for me, always! Also, the redemption process is simple & could be done within a minute!
• This redemption could be used not only for any tangible purchases - also for invaluable experiences like holidays, fine dining, Hotel stays, Donations, Taxi rides, etc.

• In my experience, current prepaid cards for cash and his platform has the worst support and compatibility for Mexico establishments and commerce hance it is limited the use for Mexico.
• I think there are too many steps to submit an award
• In my opinion, we need to refresh and offer more products and services compatible to redeem credit earn on platform

Vantage circle has user friendly UI, easy to use, and reachable support thats why i selected vantage circle. Vantage circle definitely a good choice agianst other stacks up as it offers many online shopping apps and it covered most of deals. Redeemption of the rewards is straight forward and easy to claim.

The system is straightforward to use. Only a few steps need to be completed to recognize someone for their hard work or contribution. However, a couple of areas need work: 1) A way to request points for recognition. Currently there is no way to do this 2) A way to easily send a recognition to anyone in the company.

The support can be easily reachable via emailid ,contact number. I had a chance to contact them it was went smooth and got ghe quick response from them. They also provided the quick resolution.

The company has an in-house customer support team. They can be reached by email or phone. The response time is good and I do not have anything negative to say about them. The good thing is that the hours of operation are 24/7 so one can reach them anytime with questions about reward management.

Vantage Circle is better in terms of being more user-friendly and has a lot of different e-commerce sites to choose from ranging from food, fashion, health to travel and sports. It provides additional cashback if we order products from their platform which is an added advantage. The best thing is that there is no expiry date for the points earned.

me personally never used a different recoginition platform before using Workhuman. since i started working at my current company, Workhuman has met our company needs with its easy to use interface. strong focus on company values. it's been great fit for our culture and goals. we are excited to keep using the platform

I have never came across a scenario when the Vantage Circle was down or inaccessible and I was not able to redeem the vantage points. The platform is always available and the redemption process is very fast. Never faced the issue with the delay in the redemption of Vantage points.

• I have gained 9 awards in the last 2 years, recognition was good and got promoted
• Due to regular awards, got many vouchers for my hard work
• Received many lucrative corporate offers as well
• Due to multiple awards, was in hall of fame and received org wide recognition.

• I do not think there is any negative impact. We had a homegrown rewards management tool. It was useful in communicating with employees.
• It was difficult to run reports in the past and we had to maintain accounts with different vendors. It was difficult as we could only work with a limited number of companies to obtain gift cards.
