ROI is very hard to measure, but because a lot of the benefit of Act-On is in the time it saves us -- which is worth a lot I haven't taken advantage of all that Act-On has to offer, and as I do I... … But Act-On really makes me feel like I'm running an enterprise -- but for a non-enterprise price.

Note: for those of you just starting -- you might not want to use Salesforce.

Cost was also a factor - I felt Act-On was a better value for the money. … Landing page creation Lead management Internal management of leads and prospects Customer loyalty and lifetime value Sales and revenue Speed of sale Measurement of marketing investment - tracking ROI.

Again, that initial startup cost (from a FREE to cheap MAP....) is a tough one for some but it was always fought through.

There are some necessary features, like contacts and sales users limitations, that are only available at higher pricing tiers, despite being already expensive for some of the lower tiers. … Consistently positive ROI: very specific ROI tracking and successful campaign tracking across various mediums: email, website, etc...

Act-On solves problems like lead nurturing, marketing empowerment and independence from IT, ROI and marketing activities cost calculation. … Pricing wise, it's also much more balanced, with a fairer price mode.
