- Social media management could improve but our needs are greater than your average business so likely sufficient for most companies.
- CRM system I would prefer it to be baked in rather than needing the additional cost of Salesforce or Sugar. However these tools are so good at what they do that for any company that can afford both or has an existing CRM system that can be plugged into Act-On, - than why have a feature of Act-On that you do not use.
