This integrates well with Anytime Organizer. I am able to sync collection issues or needs with my regular client contact. This is great to keep on schedule and generate reminders and due dates.

This was more expensive and the features were impressive but more than I needed. I also wanted a program that was dedicated to the collection feature since it was not a major part of my business.

I was just using intuit QuickBooks but it did not provide any additional history features. Also, I wanted separate that had contact and client history features which this was able to do.

Yes, this integrated with my Anytime Organizer for better client history. Also the cost worked well for our small office. There was an ease it start up so training was a normal process for our office manager.
I would not change much except to realize that sometimes specific software that integrates with what you are using is just as effective.

- scheduling is helpful if it is on a one time basis or multiple occasions
- Data collection accumulates so i have a running history of results
- This integrates well with my contact software so I have client history always accessible
- the remote feature doesn't always sync as well as I would like
- the multiple schedule feature is tricky but it is not a feature I often use
- Once an account is settled it doesn't automatically set for follow up.
