Overall Satisfaction with Anytime Collect

This integrates well with Anytime Organizer. I am able to sync collection issues or needs with my regular client contact. This is great to keep on schedule and generate reminders and due dates.

  • keeps a schedule that I can program monthly or on a specific date
  • keeps running totals that I can utilize with excel and other spreadsheets
  • A feature that better designates a completed term.
  • No phone app is available
  • There is a sync feature for android and IOS but at time sauses duplicate notices that can be annoying

This was more expensive and the features were impressive but more than I needed. I also wanted a program that was dedicated to the collection feature since it was not a major part of my business.

I keep detailed notes of my client conversations and points of contact. Anytime Collect allows me to integrate my regular client activites so I know the communication I had prior to the need for collection. I also have a history of past compliance and needs so I can have proper expectations. I do notice that if I immediately close a case and do not schedule a follow up, I may miss contact. So, there is no prompt for further contact.

Evaluating Anytime Collect and Competitors

Yes - I was just using intuit QuickBooks but it did not provide any additional history features. Also, I wanted separate that had contact and client history features which this was able to do.

Yes, this integrated with my Anytime Organizer for better client history. Also the cost worked well for our small office. There was an ease it start up so training was a normal process for our office manager.
I would not change much except to realize that sometimes specific software that integrates with what you are using is just as effective.

Anytime Collect Support

The on line support was good and the on line manual very helpful. Email support was a bit slow and could have been better. I think this was a result of competitive costs.

Using Anytime Collect

Start up time to put the product in use was fairly quick. And training for my office manager took a normal amount of time. Once in place she became more comfortable with usage.

  • scheduling is helpful if it is on a one time basis or multiple occasions
  • Data collection accumulates so i have a running history of results
  • This integrates well with my contact software so I have client history always accessible
  • the remote feature doesn't always sync as well as I would like
  • the multiple schedule feature is tricky but it is not a feature I often use
  • Once an account is settled it doesn't automatically set for follow up.
