Breezy is a breeze to use for recruiting.

Rating: 9 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Breezy HR as our primary recruiting tool, which integrates seamlessly with Indeed and other major job boards. It serves as our applicant tracking system (ATS), allowing us to efficiently manage and organize candidates who apply through our company website and various online platforms where our open positions are advertised.

Pros

  • Assessment of candidates.
  • Confirming if the candidate is a fit.
  • Resume review.

Cons

  • Candidate matching.
  • Letting me know if the candidate is a match based on their skills.
  • Resume parsing.

Likelihood to Recommend

I have never really run into an issue where Breezy was not appropriate to use. I would think more companies would use it as an ATS to contain candidates because of the ease of use. It is very easy to use Breezy to load candidates and to also import the resumes from the websites we use, as well as from our website when applicants apply to positions.

Breezy HR - ATS to Store Candidate Information and Nothing Else

Rating: 3 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Breezy HR as our ATS (applicant tracking system) to manage candidate flow and communication between our Talent team and our hiring managers throughout the recruiting process. We sync Breezy HR with our website for job seekers to apply, and the applications feed into the software.

Pros

  • It is easy to move candidates between stages in the system.
  • It is easy to set-up auto emails sent to candidates.

Cons

  • The reporting capabilities in Breezy HR are nearly nonexistent. What does exist does not align with and support current recruiting best practices.
  • Getting assistance with issues is difficult at best unless you pay for the highest tier package offered.
  • The system is not intuitive when it comes to setting up candidate scorecards, capturing candidate feedback, or who sees what information.

Likelihood to Recommend

Breezy HR is okay as a basic place to store candidates that are in process. However, if you want to build out a robust recruiting technology platform, there are many other systems available for similar costs that allow for better candidate experience, better recruiting experience, and more data-driven reporting. If you employ serious Recruiters, they will be nothing short of frustrated with the lack of capabilities of the system, specifically around nurture campaigns, sourcing integrations, feedback forms, and reporting capabilities.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Breezy takes over all the headaches and execution of hiring so that you can focus on talent strategy and getting the best talent for your firm. It handles everything from job posting to candidature management to rating them making hiring as easy as 1-2-3. It has helped the firm interview more people without overloading HR with paperwork or workloads.

Pros

  • Candidature Management is en point with individual profiles, rating and scheduling.
  • Communicating with Candidates is a breeze with an inbuilt invitation and email manager.
  • Pushing our offers is also through the app.

Cons

  • Mobile app needs serious work.
  • Templates for email can be better.
  • Reporting to see stats on each of the job boards.

Likelihood to Recommend

For a small-medium startup, there is no better tool than Breezy. It makes the lives of HR much easier, especially since candidature management is such a time-consuming responsibility in the post-covid world where they have so many firms gunning for the best hires.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Central tool that helps to organize all hiring needs by the firm. The tool is used specifically by our department as we have a lot of turnover and need hiring all through the year. The tool helps us have a strong pool of talent at any given time for us to move forward quickly with our search for new candidates.

Pros

  • Easy to manage candidate pool
  • Easy to build job posts and advertise
  • Good integration with website
  • Solid reporting and analytics tools

Cons

  • More flexibility in data integration with Sitecore
  • Some issues with posting on social media
  • Sometimes getting support is slow

Likelihood to Recommend

Good tool to post jobs and eliminates the need to manually re-post jobs in different job boards. With a single click I'm able to post jobs to multiple posts including career sites with universities, etc.

One feature [that] would be good to have is to get some help/insights while writing job descriptions. For example, for marketing roles , it would be good to have some templates for specific roles that can help the job poster in creating the job description.

BreezyHR is the best for human resources today

Rating: 10 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is important to emphasize that Breezy HR is a software that fulfills features both in terms of hiring operations and job interviews, as well as human resources tracking, which gives us an extensive and complete service, which does not need to include any other area in its portfolio to be able to manage the job properly.

Pros

  • It makes high performance analysis of all resumes sent to our platform, so that it evaluates, through artificial intelligence tools, which are the best options that have been presented so far and with which you could get better results in terms of employment, or which have important health conditions.
  • Breezy HR makes it possible to make reference checking for each candidate a quick process, requiring nothing more than the contact information of those references, and that information can be automatically stored within the platform, so that in the event of a problem, it can be used as an emergency number.
  • Breezy HR fully manages human resources internally, which makes the work of HHRR managers much more minimized, implementing artificial intelligence functions to know which are the best performing employees, who could be prospects to be promoted to higher positions, and which are not working well.
  • We are pleased that Breezy HR meets its usability features so well, as demonstrated when performing employee tracking schedules. The usability of the service is so good that there are no problems working from different platforms, as the results can be kept equally extensive.
  • The technical support team provided by Breezy HR has met our expectations for quality of service, as they have been able to accommodate our situation and provide us with quality solutions, which means we will continue to communicate with them to resolve issues.

Cons

  • The platform is not attached through any API to administrative services in the project area, which would be useful to better identify jobs when you need to create evaluations regarding their level of quality, or the interactions that employees have with each other during the development of each workday.

Likelihood to Recommend

Working with many employees at the same time would be the perfect scenario to let us test all the potential that the Breezy HR platform has to offer, since its organizational capacity is large enough to be able to organize and coordinate the attendance and absence information of many workers without losing track of the job. Reviewing documents where data is needed about each employee's behavior, including their daily attendance hours, tracking of all the absences they have taken since starting at the company, and comments about their potential, which would be excellent for reporting during promotional seasons. The management of many employee lists through database services, which thanks to the platform's adaptation to cover external service software operations such as Microsoft Excel, means that it is possible to import employee databases when moving information from a storage platform.

Breezy HR is a great software for small HR deparments

Rating: 8 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Breezy HR is my favorite tool for HR. It has advanced features and has been really helpful for our HR department. It saved time that we initially spent in posting job ads. Also it helped finding the right candidates that are real people. I like the graphical view about the number of applications and how many candidates the view job post. It is also very simple to sort the applicants with the software. The interface is easy to use and looks nice.

Pros

  • Simple to use interface.
  • Easy to post new job openings.
  • Great to manage schedules.
  • Drag and drop makes it easy to integrate.

Cons

  • It has had a few bugs since we've been using it.
  • It doesn't post to every job board that you might want it to.
  • I wish it was less expensive.

Likelihood to Recommend

Breezy HR is a great HR tool for small and mid sized companies. It works great as a centralized hiring software.

A lot of bugs since many weeks

Rating: 1 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are a staffing agency in France and we are using Breezy HR for 3 years. It'[s] a global ATS which can parse CV, send email, send SMS (not in France), make video conferences. We are using it every day for all of our positions. We have more than 400 positions in the system.

Pros

  • Parsing of CV
  • Automate actions

Cons

  • SMS in France not Working
  • A Lot of Bugs every day
  • Solution is not stable

Likelihood to Recommend

We are using Breezy HR since 2 years. Breezy was working well during many weeks but, since 2 months, we still have problems. A lot of bugs appears since a big upgrade. We discuss with some people in Breezy in order to have some answer. One of them give us some replies (Dustin) but no solutions for the moment. We send a message to the CEO and He didn't give us any answer. We are still waiting 2 weeks in order to see if our bugs can be solve[d]. If not, we will definitively change our ATS.

Breezy is the most frustrating and bug-ridden ATS software on the market

Rating: 1 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Breezy is an applicant tracking system that logs candidate applications, organizes them and tracks them through the hiring process.

Pros

  • Good features
  • Integration abilities
  • Manages scheduling

Cons

  • System full of glitches.
  • Customer support lacks accountability, professionalism, knowledge, and follow-through.
  • Expanding tabs makes vital information not visible. Serious user interface issues.
  • System outages during business hours.
  • System is not intuitive.
  • Employees become vitriolic if given negative feedback.
  • Constant technical problems.
  • Integrations constantly fail and have to be redone.

Likelihood to Recommend

Breezy would be a good product for someone who is not used to using an ATS. If you are an HR professional who has used ATS systems before, Breezy would cause a lot of frustrations. It doesn't perform on the level that software available in 2020 should. You have to constantly refresh your browser, our posted jobs don't feed into Indeed even though they're supposed to. Calendar integrations fail at least once a week, causing me to have to reschedule interviews. There are so many random bugs and glitches in this system that need to be fixed. If you have hiring deadlines to meet, Breezy is not for you. It goes down all of the time and getting support is very challenging.

Streamlined Hiring Software

Rating: 9 out of 10
Incentivized

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our organization is using Breezy HR in all of our hiring processes, from posting the position to helping committees decide which candidate is the best fit. While our HR department serves as the clear administrator of this software, folks from all departments use this when they are directly involved in finding the right candidate. It has streamlined the hiring process significantly, and everyone feels that their time is being used more efficiently than before we implemented this product.

Pros

  • It's able to automatically push the job announcement out to various websites.
  • It has a built-in ranking and feedback system to help hiring committee members keep track of their thoughts.

Cons

  • It could have some more sophisticated sorting options, but the customer service team is great at taking feedback and passing it along to coders.

Likelihood to Recommend

In my opinion, Breezy HR is well suited for any hiring process that involves employees outside of an HR department. It keeps things logical and organized in a way that everyone understands and feels good about, and it helps keep your candidate scoring focused on their skill sets instead of potentially biased opinion. While I see it having less effect on hiring processes where the exact same trained HR professionals conduct the entire screening, interview, and hiring processes from start to finish, it certainly would still make their lives easier by streamlining the job post and candidate material organization.
