We use Celonis to understand the business processes using the ERP data. It clearly shows where is the delay, bottleneck and rework.We mainly use it for supply chain, procurement, inventory, and order management. Also Celonis helps us identify repetitive mundane task and those task we will automate using RPA.

I marked 10 because Celonis has shown real business value for us and also we have explored other tools like UiPath process mining but Celonis is better compared to all the other process mining tools in the market. It's really good in connecting process data across multiple ERP's (SAP and Oracle).

I feel that the Celonis team should study the best cases to be applied as a starting point of cooperation (quick win points) and explain the opportunities the suite can offer to maximize the advantages gained from applying Celonis to day-to-day operations or monitoring purposes.
