Overall Satisfaction with Celonis

We are using Celonis for a variety of processes in our organization, to gain insights and improve efficiency

Pros

  • Real time KPI reporting
  • Process Analysis
  • Automated Notifications

Cons

  • Log reporting on Celonis internally (pipeline monitoring, notification monitoring)
  • Automation to certain third party applications
  • Automated documentation of data pool (extraction, scripts, parameters) and dashboards (views, knowledge models etc.)
  • Positive impact on business efficiency
  • Positive impact on use of system discovery. In a lot of cases we find exceptions, variants which the business is not aware of could even happen!
In my opinion quite well structured on Celonis academy.
Strong process discovery, strong data connection for real time KPI reporting.

Well suited for process analysis; deep dive into what you are doing. Less suited for heavy automation use cases; in our experience other tools are more suited for this.
