Overall Satisfaction with Celonis

I use Celonis to identify pain points in maintenance and reliability applications. We use it to track and analyze work orders (both preventive and corrective) to look for stalled items, re-work, etc.
  • Visual representation of processes
  • Finding hard-to-identify problems
  • More clarity as to the back-end data would be good
  • More transparency has been provided into our processes

Celonis is very useful for 'set it and forget it'. Once rules and data models are established, you can largely ignore it and let it bring you the data you need. Celonis could be more adaptable to occasions that aren't classified as 'events', which it currently doesn't handle very well.
